Kaii landed and walked over and took Dean's chin gently between her forefinger and thumb. "I can accomplish so much more without you standing beside me." She got closer to him as if she was going to kiss him, but pulled away at the last second. "Besides, sweetie, you're a train wreck." She said, using his words against him. "What makes you think I could ever want to be with someone like you?" She released him and stepped back, taking the crystal out of her top and holding it in her fist. "Now go."

Anastasia rolled her eyes again and closed them, pinching the bridge of her nose. "You try and help one person, just one. This is what happens," she muttered to herself. She snapped at pointed at the water and pills before snapping again and pointing to the door, unmoving from her position. "Take the f***ing pills. Drink the water. Shut your face about how terrible you have it. And leave. I've had it with your ungrateful little behind. Guess your daddy never did show you any love and appreciation."

Pyro didn't care about what she said about him, until she mentioned his father. He sat upright and glared at her. "Shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!! I don't want you to talk about my family! Ever! You think your special, don't you? Having a family's love? Well guess what! I didn't get that! My family is dead! And it's my fault! The rest of them disowned me! They pressed charges against a five-year-old and put me in jail! You think I'm like this because no one loved me? I'm like this because it's what people expected of me!" Standing up, he ignored the pills and went straight for the door.

Anastasia iced over the door. "Oh, you want to play that game?!" She said, her Russian accent showing through and thickening. "My family died in front of me because my father was an idiot to trust Rasputin. Hell, even I died. I drowned in an icy lake while being shot at. And then this happened. Someone decided I just hadn't gotten enough inconveniences in my life. So I'm this. The walking Ice Statue. I begin melting in weather warmer than 32 degrees. I can't have anything to eat or drink unless it's frozen, so why even bother with it? You know what? I hate you. I never thought it was possible for me to hate someone more than Rasputin. But here I am, hating you for all the rude things you've said to me, all the ungrateful acts you've committed. Even stealing from my workplace and calling me names in front of everyone. No one is more uncouth, ungrateful, and unlovable than you." She sent a blast of ice towards him, aiming for his head.

Tears were streaming down Pyro's cheeks. He moved slightly, but the ice still grazed his head, making it bleed slightly. "At least you aren't blamed for your family's death. You think your story was tragic? At least people take pitty on you! The girl who died in a river! I don't get that! I don't get it at all... I burned down my house because I had a nightmare. I couldn't control my powers, and I still can't... You're right... I'm unlovable... So why don't you kill me? Right here, right now."

Anastasia raised her hand again, ice forming in the air an inch above it. But she couldn't throw it. She couldn't end someone's life just because she hated them. She couldn't end anyone's life regardless. The ice ball in her hand shattered on the ground. "I don't know why you keeping fighting my attempts to reach you. You're not going to hurt me. Of course, by this time you've already shut me out so why I even keep talking is anyone's guess."

Dean growled as he glared at Kaii. He made as if to say something then shook his head. "Fine, see if I care what happens to you," he gritted out before he spread his wings and launched himself into the air. He flew back to the apartment, calling as he landed and walked inside, "Victor, where are you?"

Raven chuckled lightly as he replied, "Oh yeah, like that would work. Why can't we just move to the front of this line?" He glared at the snail pace line irritably as he waited for it to move.

"Because we're trying to blend," I say, "And blasting our way onto a rollercoaster isn't exactly the most inconspicuous of acts. Still..." I felt the familiar devilish gleam spring into my eyes. "There's no reason why we can't do something a little more... Subtle." Spreading my arms in front of me like Moses parting the Red Sea, I bend the visible light saturating the area around us into a cocoon large enough for two people. "Stay close to me," I say, "we'll be invisible for as long as you're inside. When the coaster comes back down, we'll sneak in the back."
