Superhero RP (New and Accepting!!)

"We are going to my room to relax for a moment. We'll get a fire going and just...sit down and relax. Then, you can talk and fuss and rant and rave all you want to me, okay?" Dean replied softly as he led Kaii to his room.

Raven chuckled at Victor's recounting of the events. He made a face and was about to say something when he mentioned that Zajivaya would be on his level soon, but stopped when Victor mentioned the Ruin. "Thank you Victor, I appreciate it. I don't enjoy the thought of someone being on my level at all. Be that as it may, I still think you have a great idea," he replied.

Cassandra smiled lowly. With a flick of her wrist she refilled his coffee. "I'm a witch. Not the green skinned evil kind. Although I use tons of makeup to get myself this peachy colour," she smiled, although one couldn't tell whether or not it was a joke. "Basically... I'm a super. And I want in on this little network you guys have going on. I'm knowledgeable.

Kaii sniffed a moment and nodded, cradling the warm mug close to her. "Okay," she said, but sounded like she was trying to assure herself. "Okay. We're okay. We'll get through this. We always have. It's one of his pranks. He doesn't play them, but he likes pranks I bet. Any moment now he's going to walk through that door... And I'm gonna.. I'm gonna hit him and yell at him, but eventually I'll laugh. And we'll talk about our day." She looked to Dean. "I'm telling you! It's one of his pranks! He doesn't play them, but... He'll walk through that door. The machines got it all wrong." Gasping sobs rose up her throat as she dropped her mug, the ceramic shattering on the floor and spilling the golden liquid out on the floor. Kaii brushed her bangs back, eyes widening as tears spilled over. "It's a prank!" She shouted. "He's going to walk through the door! He won't leave me! Not like this! It's just a prank!"

Victor gave a solemn grin. "She's rising quickly, Raven. Maybe she won't reach your level, but you're certainly going to have a challenge." He cleared his throat and drank more of his whiskey, thinking back on the Senator's wife. "That woman certainly had a few tricks up her sleeve. Pity she met her end so soon. Ah well." He stood. "Come. We go."

Jaidex followed her in. It was nice... But didn't look lived in, well, that kinda made sense. Jaidex wished he had his own place. But he didn't have a proper education, job, or reputation to get one. Plus, who needed apartments. Jaidex was practically a hobo. He sat down on a couch and let out an uneasy "uh, thanks."

Danasi looked around akwardly for a moment before saying, "there's food and drinks in the fridge if you want anything." she pionted a thumb behind her. "i'm going to go take a shower. you can watch tv if you want. i'll be out in a few minutes." she walked to her room and grabbed a towel and a change of clothes. she then walked back into the bathroom and locked the door, turning on the water.

Jaidex
Jaidex felt even more awkward, sitting at someone's house while they took a shower. He was sure he needed one too. He was probably as soot covered as Danasi was. He turned on his music and decided to listen to Rise Against and put around two sour candies in his mouth.

Danasi quickly showered and dried herself off. she changed into the clean clothes she had brought, which were just a simple, white, v-neck t-shirt and light blue shorts. she brushed out her still wet hair and put it in a side braid. she walked back outside and put her dirty clothes in the laundry basket in her room and grabbed an apple from the fridge. "you could take a shower too if you want." she told Jaidex somewhat uncertainly. "just to feel cleaner."

Jaidex turned off his music as soon as she walked in. "I'm good." he said. for some reason, taking a shower in her apartment was too much awkward for him to handle. "Thanks anyways."

"um, your welcome." Danasi replied. she had no idea what to do now. she usually read a book or did her school assignments. but she had already done all her assignments during school hours and she felt like she should pay attention to Jaidex seeing as he was kind of a guest. she just sat down on the other end of the couch. "so..." she murmured, taking a bite of her apple.

(lol, whenever Dad says that, he usually asks how my half brother's girlfriend is doing. That is too perfect.)

Jaidex didn't really know what to say or what to do. Why was it that sometimes they really hit it off, and other times there was just an awkward silence? "So..." he responded simply.

Dean closed the door behind him, keeping Kaii's hysterics from anyone else that could possibly hear her. He let her rant for a moment then gently wrapped his arms around her as he murmured, "It's not a prank Kaii. He's not coming back."

Raven grunted and muttered under his breath as he shifted back into Brian. He followed Victor, waiting to enact the plan they had decided on.

Kaii resisted the hug a moment before putting her forehead against his chest. "I can't believe this. I'm left alone. I'm the last of my kind. This couldn't possibly get any worse."

At that moment the Fortress began to rumble. Victor frinned as the very base of the fortress began to crumble. "Go!" He said, flying in, crashing through the ceiling. "Ladies and gentlemen, the fortress is going down. Please put on your life jackets and above all, remain calm!"
