Alex continued running until she caught a glimpse of the tan-brown coloured fluff-ball, and she slowed abruptly to a stop so that she didn't crash into a pole that had been out of her sight until the last second. Grinning, she darted over to him as quickly as she could, and, while still running at pretty much full speed, picked him up on her way past, then skidded around a corner that led to a street that was less crowded. "Right here, fluffy" She said with a satisfied smile, gently petting behind his ears.

Alex just rolled her eyes, walking away from the large crowd and towards the street she had seen earlier that led directly to the castle, "Well, they are assassins, I wouldn't expect much different to be honest" She said, giggling slightly, "But really it would be because they don't know you, can't trust someone unless they trust you, right?"
