"I've had two fights so far. The first one I won somewhat easily I think, but the second one was much harder. I thought I was going to lose, but I came out the victor," Amidamaru answered as he took another sip of his tea. Yamata no Orochi nodded and finally spoke, her voice soft almost like a gentle breeze through a meadow, 'Yes I do love being near water. I was the spirit of a mighty river in my time. I believe water will always be my natural habitat. It also helps that Amidamaru likes it; he finds it very calming.'

Celeste looked over to the serpent spirit when she spoke. An amused light to her eyes. "Kohaku was also a river spirit. . .it is a shame that the old rivers no longer flow." The dragon nodded his head as he stood. "would you like to see the hot springs here? This place was once known for them."

Yamata no Orochi nodded saying, 'Yes, I would love to see it. Amidamaru lives in a very nice place next to a lovely flowing river, but it has been some time since I've been around hot springs.' Amidamaru nodded in agreement as he added to her words, "It is true and I do wish that more of the rivers flowed as they once did. I try to keep Yamata no Orochi happy with the river flowing through my backyard, but there is only so much I can do."

[Bahamut's Regent]

Celeste nodded, and stood slowly. "If you like, you can stay here. It's big enough for you too" she stretched and looked around the room the incense sticks had burned themselves out. Kohaku gave a dragon like smile and gestured with his snout for Yamada no Orochi to follow him as he slipped from the room.

((Hi guys! Oh gosh I haven't been on in a bit already! I've had a lot of school work piled up over the last few weeks :T hopefully it should let up this weekend and I'll write something up! Sorry for making you all wait.))

Amidamaru watched as Yamata no Orochi followed Kohaku to see the river features. He smiled as she left then turned to Celeste saying, "Thank you for the offer Celeste. I will definitely consider it. I know Yamata no Orochi would love the company of another spirit like herself. I would also like to make a friend." He smiled at Celeste, surprised slightly that she had even offered it.

(Tis fine, life gets busy)

Celeste smiled and moved slowly about the room pulling various objects from shelves and lighting new incense. The cloying scent of lavender, sandlewood, and other smell mingled together as she moved. She paused in front of Amidamaru speaking softly "It's my pleasure, as I don't get much company."

Kohaku's wove through the halls till the sound of a small waterfall could be heard. He paused a moment, before walking into the room filled with steam. He lowered himself into the hot water, tiny ripples moving across the surface. "you may join me, there is more than enough room"

((Whoop Auora, saw you were on so have this short one for the moment! (Also you were asking before and I make the character drawings yes. It's good practice, and also I'm a bit more confident in my portraits than my descriptions I think? Anyway. Did you draw the picture of the wolf? I was wondering but forgot to ask.)

A cold air pooled around their shoes from where the boy's wolf sat. It was perusing them; had eyes like blue corn, had teeth like an alligator's. Asha's hand shifted across the bike's rusty crevasses as they unlocked themselves from a demeanor of attention to a more open one.
"Yeah walks are great, absolutely..." They said, yanking the bike frame into the thawing light of morning. They pushed back their glasses with their wrist. "They're starting to not be as safe as they used to be for us non-shamans however. Tend to involve more unpleasant encounters than we'd like..."
They turned, and there was a moment of suspension in which a string of light pinged wetly off a distant office building and onto the chimneys of the street, followed by the sound of some early riser starting their generator in the garage. Asha lost themselves in facing the boy but forgetting to think, staring out from inside the garden.
"Are you from around Tokyo?" They asked, and raised an inquisitive eyebrow, guiding the bike along the small path of stones to the plant-eaten fence. "I was assuming you were from Hokkaido because of the runes —which are Ainu unless I'm mistaken?— but of course I may be wrong. Actually no-" they half-dispersed the first idea; reached the braided fence. "I'm more interested in knowing whether you've noticed any strange surges in furyoku anywhere today? Maybe you've been on walks and seen or felt something different over the past few days?"
