"No.. and SHIELD isn't as powerful as you think" he mumbled. Phillip quickly pulled his hands back from Joey and made his eyes glow again, this time there was more control... more power. His eyes continued glowing as he got angrier and angrier. "I'm not coming with you" he said.

Evelyn's eyes widened slightly as she watched him. She stepped sideways so she was slightly in front of Joey. He was weak enough as it is and she didn't think he could handle getting hit with anything. "You're wrong. SHIELD may not be as strong as it should be, but they can protect you. You just have to let them. They can help you with whatever you're going through." She sighed softly. "Please just listen to us."

He frowned when he wasn't able to get the handcuffs on. He looked at Evelyn and sighed, "Let me talk to him," He said as he slowly got in front of her. He kept his hands at his side's and in his pockets to reassure Phillip that he wasn't going to do anything. Joey looked down at his feet, getting nervous now that Phillip was angry. "Look, we can protect you. But you seem to think we can't and that you can't change. And if it's like that then we can't just let you walk out of here. Being the bad guy is without a doubt the worst choice." He paused and looked at him, "And since you think you're so bad than why don't you kill me?"

"You're wrong" Phillip stated. Phillip turned his attention to Joey "You're just saying that to make me feel better, but I know better. SHIELD isn't as powerful as anybody thinks they are." he hissed. Phillip sighed "I'm not going to kill you" he said. "But I'm not coming with you either".

"SHIELD may not be as powerful. But the Avengers are. I think you've failed to remember when they stopped the alien invasion," he replied as he looked at him with cold eyes, "And it's either you surrendered, or you kill me. Your choice." He knew the others would never agree with what he was saying right now, but this was worth a shot.

Evelyn frowned deeply as she listen to Joey and Phillip talk. Of course she didn't like what Joey was doing but it was something she herself would have done so she didn't complain. She chewed on her bottom lip slightly as she continued to listen. She stayed close to them just in case Phillip did attack Joey.

As soon as Phillips eyes started glowing Lexa's bo staff snapped into a position ready to attack though she did not as they started talking again, much preferring the diplomatic approach then the alternative. Hearing Joey's proposal she frowned, not liking the sound of it, though she would see what would happen seeing as he had enough faith in the proposal to stake his life, though she stayed close to him as to be able to get him out of harms way if necessary.

Zac smiled at her soft laugh, giving a small one of his own at her wink. He listened to her carefully for her real explanation. He smiled gently at her, honoured by her words of feeling safe despite her only just meeting him. "It doesn't sound stupid," he shook his head, "sometimes you have feelings about people that you can't explain" he said with a small shrug. "And I'm honoured by that feeling" he smiled, "I feel that you're someone who tries to do the right thing despite difficulty" he told her honestly, trying to return the favour.

Artemis followed behind the teen, scanning through the racks herself for anything that caught her eye. An amused smirk forming on her features at Angel's enthusiasm, and gave a sligh hm in agreement of her exclamation. Making her way to the blues not even glancing at the green or pinks.

She notice the amusement in his eyes and returned a look that would have turned Gabriel to dust, if looks could kill, "You should be increasingly thankful that I'm not allowed to shoot prisoners. Otherwise, you would have already had several bullet in you. Now walk."

Angel was suddenly at the whites, and her eyes widened. She began to look through the rack, pulling out maybe seven dresses, and two powder pink ones. She appeared next to Artemis and looked at her rack.

He shook his head slightly with a small sigh, "I didn't fight either of you, so it really would be impossible to have gotten my 'butt kicked'," he answered as he began walking, "And I'm not thankful that agents can't shoot prisoners... I'm just happy that they can't. I would have been dead a long time ago if that was the case."
