Zac stood behind the counter of a small cafe, having just finished taking an order he looked at his plain black watch that rested on his wrist, he still had 10 minutes left on his shift before he could go. Walking over to the display case that held the pre-prepared food he checked for empty racks finding one he pulled it out and replaced it with a full one as he waited for another customer.

Bastet walked through the streets, weaving past the occasional human she passed. She currently resided in the form of a silver Egyptian Mau. A gold and diamond necklace hung around her neck having just stolen it, after all, who expects a stray cat to steal an extremely valuable necklace from a shop window, surely they would have to question their sanity at that sight. She trotted across the road towards her apartment, she would be keeping this one for sure, even if it was just for the memories. She didn't think it would work, then again, who would arrest a cat?

Artemis lent against her motor bike, her helmet sitting on the seat behind her pulling off her glove off as her phone beeped. Turning on the smart phone she smiled as she saw her new bank balance, the final payment having been made for her most recent contract. Shoving her phone back into the pocket of her black leather jacket she pulled her glove on before grabbing her keys and putting them in the other pocket then walking across the park that she parked at, knowing her previous client resided in the vicinity in case they needed a little prompting.

She looked over at Joey, it seemed like his powers had been causing more and more problems for him as of late. That reflection made her glad that she possessed no powers save for the ones she'd trained into herself. She knew Joey was a bit socially awkward . . . still, "Hey, Joey. Grab whatever you need or want to study and come with me."
