Wade attempted standing up but was greeted by a elbow to the gut. He groaned, curling up into a ball.
Baio rolled her eyes, grabbing a handle on the side if the vehicle so that she wouldn't fall of. When in the air she spoke up, pointing at Sophie, "what's your name?" She asked the girl sternly.

"Kathy." I lied, struggling to think on my feet. I had gone to elementary school with a Kathy Longsworth, she was loud, and I never liked her much. "Kathy Longsworth." I said, addressing the one that had singled me out, the one who had called me 'girl'. As I spoke, my eyes fixed onto a small logo, printed on the side of the vehicle, it was the SHIELD logo. I cut myself some slack for initially overlooking this, I still couldn't hear out of my left ear after all. If they were SHIELD, then why were they arresting me after offering the consulting position? It could be a minor miscommunication, or the whole thing, job offer included, could have been a set up. The whole saving the world bit did sound really suspicious now that I thought about it. I decided to withhold any actual information until I could better string my thoughts together.

Baio smiled slightly, "we are not going to hurt you, Kathy. Wade maybe, but you have no reason to be afraid. The cuffs are just in case." She said, sitting down on the leather seating of the vehicle. She ran her hands along the seat, thinking of the many times she had been in here before she was premoted to her current job.
Wade looked up at Sophie, tilting his head. "Since when was your name Kathy!?" He mumbled, half standing up. Suddenly he felt a foot slam into his shin, knocking his feet from under him. Wade fell backwards, quickly sliding off onto the 'leg' of the helicopter. A few agents quickly shot forwards, grabbing Wade so that he didnt fall off completely. Baio smirked, she seemed to like kicking people, it was her thing, you could say. She looked back up at 'Kathy', "we'll figure everything out when we get back." She said blankly.

She bought it. I shot Deadpool a glare, hoping that he would keep his mouth shut as I continued to spin my way out of this. "Get back where? Who are you people? What's going to happen to me? " I asked, trying to loosen my cuffs by warming them up behind my back. It was weird, Anxiety sounded less authentic when I wasn't faking it. Briefly glancing at Bucky, I added. "And what about him? I wasn't lying when I said that we were both attacked by this maniac."

Baio nodded, "Back to the shield base, again, you have nothing to worry about, we'll just clean you both up then you may go." She smiled, "To prove that we mean no harm," She nodded to the other agents, who rushed forwards, unlocking their handcuffs. Wade slouched, "Wha- what about me!?" He asked angrily, sticking out his hands. Baio ignored him, "and I believe you..." She said, glaring at Wade.

Bucky's head shot up when he heard that they were going to let both of them go. At first he thought she meant Sofia and someone else, but then they unlocked their handcuffs. Was it possible that they didn't know who he was? That seemed to defy logic, but he wasn't going to question his good fortune. He gave Sofia a grateful look. Things could have gone a lot worse if she hadn't been there to vouch for him.
Don't get too comfortable. This could still be a trick to get us to let out guards down, he thought, putting his hands in his pockets.

Baio half glared at Bucky, but quickly turned it into a smile. The guards behind her nervously taking glances at him. Wade finally broke the silence, "her name is Sophie!" He blurted out. Baio turned to Wade along side the guards, then turned back to Sophie, narrowing her eyes.

Bucky was about ready to kick Wade out of the helicopter himself, but given the guy's history he didn't think that would help much. Still, he wasn't sure what the mercenary hoped to accomplish by telling SHIELD her real name. A first name wasn't that telling. There were tens of thousands of people named Sophie out there.
"And how would you know that, idiot? We don't even know you," he said.
True, Wade had had plenty of opportunities to learn Sofia's name, but SHIELD didn't know that. Maybe this would draw the heat off of his "companion."

Wade rolled his eyes, "you asked her name while I was standing right in front of you!" He growled. Baio stood up, looking back at the guards again. "We don't need a fight, especially in this tiny helicopter!" She growled as the agents came forwards again, re-cuffing Bucky.

"Hey, what did I do?!" he asked when the agents grabbed him again, "You heard what Kathy said. This guy is clearly unstable. Why are you listening to him of all people?!"
Crap. Shouldn't have said anything at all. Though he supposed with the agents being as jumpy as they were, it probably wouldn't have mattered. There was going to be no easy way out of this, that was for sure, but at least he could try to keep up the front of innocent victim for as long as possible.
