Gender: Male.

History: He actually was just a normal programmer who worked for Hyperion, but after the opening of the first vault, he went to Pandora to get the eridium, and took over the Hyperion corporation, declared himself dictator of Pandora, and stole all of the credit for finding the vault and even killing the Destroyer.

Personality:
He's selfish, egoistic, basicly doesn't care about anything expect himself and his plans. Whatever he does, he's doing it for his own profit, and if he might tell the difference, he's lying. But he's not to 100% hearless.

Relationships:
Angel, his daughter.
Nisha/Sheriff of Lynchwood, girlfriend.

Abilities:
He's pretty good at commanding people around, all this electronic stuff and he's very good at being a douchebag...
