He was a pretty good agent, but I was a better liar when it came to quick thinking. I remembered when I worked with him.

I looked at her and she didn't look happy at all anymore. Like her mood suddenly hit rock bottom.
It did happen about a week before the first purge, she either doesn't like talking about that or her parents. Maybe both.
"You don't like to talk about the purges, do you?"
I didn't either, but somehow it all went back to at least one of the purges. Every time.
