Noise frowned and looked down at himself. "Why? No one minds my appearance." He said with confusion in his voice. Besides, if he did all that he'd have to make a voice synthesizer too. He got the feeling a robotic voice wouldn't be the best of ideas.

"That's wack. Peeps are normally cool with this." Noise said as he gestured to himself. "Besides, I don't have the time or patience to make another one of those and a voice synthesizer. They're just goin' to have to deal with it." He said as he crossed his arms.

Noise leaned his head against Ash's and curiously looked at their surroundings. He hadn't entirely been in a city before so this was all new to him.
