Merlin slowly let go of him, eyebrows furrowed. "Sorry," he mumbled, before wrapping his arms around John and hugging him, though looked at Arthur when he did. "I've had it all my life. Trained with Gaius. Remember that light when you went off to get the flower when I was poisoned?" He waved a single hand at the prince.

Jack smiled. "I'm fine," he said gently. "Really.. You need to stop worrying." Jack healed quickly, meaning the long lashes that had framed his face just an hour ago were reduced to small white marks etched on his skin.

Tale thought a moment, it was not a good idea, but it was probably safer "ok... but how are you gonna get me into your claws from here?"

Tale held on tighter, but fell to the side still clinging to Aquilamon's neck "ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Tale panicked

Tale squeezed his eyes shut and did as he said, finally letting go. He was truly terrified, so much he couldn't scream or do anything

Aquilamon waited till Tale was almost at the ground then swopped down and grabbed him by the holders with his claws.

"I hate you" he grumbled, refusing to open his eyes, his heart was pounding hard enough to explode by now
