[Sacred Sin]

Edward adjusted his ruffled shirt and smiled. "I prefer to stay in the moment, rather than dwelling in the past." He said, winking his amber eyes. "You seem well." He murmured, letting his sharp gaze run up and down the length of Corbette. "Anything particularly interesting happening lately?" God, he had been so bored. Nothing amazing or life changing ever happened to someone who had eternity stretching before him.

Crossing his arms, he watched the pale girl fall to the ground, with slight hunger in his features. He shook his hair from his face, clearing his sight and bringing it back up to his old friend.

Jer's irritated face cleared like a clean slate before he burst into laughter, amethysts forming at the corners of his eyes as his laughter increased until he was crying. He doubled over and finally found his voice. "Honey?!" He asked breathlessly, blinking his lilac eyes.

Corbett shook his head, he looked down to the girl,"Saved a boy, almost killed a female vampire, nothing much that really matters anymore in this forever hell of immortality" he grumbled, looking back at Edward. It had been almost eight hundred years since he had last seen Edward when he was leaving France, a very long time for even a vampire.

Eva looked down her face turning red and embarassed, "Sorry" she said quitely. When Jer laughed she thought that she had done something wrong, but she didn't know exactly what she had done to make Jer laugh out loud. She took a deep breath in, "I just thought.." she said trailing off at the end.

Jer immediately became serious and put a hand on her cheek. "Sorry, I didn't mean to make you embarrassed. It was just a surprise." His lilac eyes were gentle. "No one has ever called me that before. It's..." He searched for the right word. "Endearing." He kissed her lightly and then took her hand, still chuckling a little. By the time he focused on where they were going, he had forgotten his anger towards Cue.

Edward grinned. "What do you say we catch up a bit? It has been eight hundred years hasn't it?" He starightened and walked forward, leaving the tree. He ran a slender hand through his golden hair and casually stepped over the grils' body, not sparing her a glance. "So, what's your current occupation?" He asked. "I happen to be one of the Heads of the French Government, but after a while it'll be something else." He shrugged.

[Rose.]

((Samual is in Bray's estate, I doubt Claire would be or even know where Bray's estate was... And you before were talking about Corbett, Corbett and Celeste are on the other side of Paris D:))

Bray growled, he turned away from Rose angerily, "Oh no, I'm just fine" he hissed. Why did Samual have to ruin everything that Bray planed, was this his curse to be bored for all eternity, he hoped not. He sighed, "I guess if Samual doesn't leave we won't be going out" he explained sadly.

Rose flinched slightly as he spoke, she bit her bottom lip and her expression became hurt. She shook her head ever-so-slightly and peeled her eyes away from Bray to the floor in front of her feet. Looking up as he spoke again she stayed silent, afraid that he'd get angry at her again.

Corbett frowned, he raised an eyebrow at Edward "I still have no reason to get a job, I'm still a missing Prince, and if anyone bothered to read history they would have seen my face" he groaned, looking away from him. Corbett was ideed lonely because he didn't have a job, he only had a few friends in one thousand years of his life, most of which died of old age because they were only humans. He sighed lightly, "Today is the first day that my skin has felt the sun in five hundred years..." he stated, "And today I have still not found a worthy person to join me in immortality ever since my first fledging", his eye looked up to the clouds rolling in.

Eva's eyes brightened up, she kissed Jer back on his cheek. Although she was appearing happy, her mind was remembering what she did before back at the house, how she had wrecked so many lives. Her smile fade, "Jer... what about the house, what about you now, I ruined your life" she said, sadness within her grey eyes.

Bray huffed, he walked away from Rose, his steps heavy and unsteady. Why him? Why? Why? He wished that he could have had just a normal life without an pain or dramas. His heavy steps turned into a running motion. He wished that he wasn't immortal, he wished that he had a family, he wished he could be happy again.

Claire awoke, her delicate eye lids blinking several times before her vision became clear. She stared blankly around for a few second before starting to use the tree trunk to help her stand. Once standing, it took claire a few additional seconds to become steady enough to walk. Her head was sore and dizzy but she walked normally none the less. Sighing frequently as she wandered across the grass and then along the uneven, cobble-stone street.

(Sorryz! O.O I haven't had access to a computer, In two days. >.<)

Rose took a few steps towards the way he was now running in but stopped after her second one. "Now you did it, Rose. Great job." She muttered to herself and slowly opened the door before closing her eyes gently and taking a few steps out into the sunlight that beat down steadily on her fair skin. "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid!" She growled to herself.

(Not sure where Samual is, if he's outside Bray's mansion still.. then Rose didn't see him- eyes closed. XD)
