1x1 Between Koruyami and Maiya Hikamaru

"I will!" Thad called as she left the house. Her hands ignited into small balls of fire and she sat down on the lawn. The girl closed her eyes and her body ignited into flame. "Come on,Thad,Control it..." The flames arced outward and formed a burning circle on the ground where she was. For a second,her eyes flashed bright shade of orange,before going back down to their normal green.

Ari looked up at Knight,confused,before she lightly touched her hair. It wasn't freezing anymore and it was actually dry. She blinked and looked down at her knees. "I'm sorry for fighting you earlier."She said quietly.

Knight just smiled kindly and chuckled a bit, leaning back in the couch. He was now crossing his arms across his chest, smiling like he were a father or something. "Don't worry about it. Although it is kind of weird how this even happened. I've been sliced in half once and I didn't throw up like that." He shuddered.

Kayne was sitting on the porch stairs, grinning and clapping while he watched.

Ari looked at him blankly before nodding. "Alright..."She said.

Thaddeus squeezed her eyes shut before letting out a breath and making the flames around her merge into one huge column with her in the middle. "Come one,control..."She muttered. She forced the fire down so that they formed a sort of orb around.

Knight grunted a bit and adjusted himself on the sofa, yawning a bit and laying back. "What a day." He yawned.

Mayia stood on the porch behing Kayne with a tea cup in her hand and Hunter laying at her feet. Kayne stood up and smiled. "Just relax Thad! Once you do, it'll be fun and easy!" He shouted. That was how he was taught.

Thaddeus let out a huge breath and flopped backward onto the grass. She lay there for a few seconds,just staring up at the sky before spitting out a small ball of fire. "Pffft. I have got to learn to control this..." She muttered,sitting up and walking over to Kayne and Mayia.

Ari looked at him and looked down at her hands. Something twitched slightly. Maybe she'd just blinked or muttered a word,but ice began snaking around her arm at a rapid pace. She sighed,and stopped it as it reached her shoulder.

Kayne hopped to his feet and smiled a bit. "Maybe we could work together. I can help control your fire with my wind and you can keep my wind in check with the fire. Sound good?" He said with hopeful eyes. He never had a partner before.

Knight looked down at Ari. "Y'know, your power is probably a reflection. Looks like you're a pretty cold person, eh?" He chuckled with a childish smirk. He seemed somewhat sinister.

Thaddeus gave the boy a smile and nodded. "Sure,Kayne. Thank you." She walked back out to the open part of the yard and waited for him there.

Ari glared at him,and the frost around where she was sitting thickened as if to prove a point. "Well,if my power is a reflection of me,how do you explain Thaddeus's powers,Hm?"She spat,already back to her normal demeanor around people she didn't particularly like.

Kayne smiled happily and ran to her happily. "I'll stand behind you so I won't get it." He said, hopping back. "Try using a flamethrower or something. I bet I can control it." Kayne was giddy and very willing to try.

Knight thought about it. "Well she's pretty mellow, but she kinda seems explosive. So fire fits, but she also seems like the kind to use water because of her mellow side." He looked at Ari, just scanning her. "You are fast to so anything. Quick tempered. So electricity might be something you could try to control." He said with a grin. "But that's just elemental. Other stuff has to do with blood line or something. I don't know much about it." He shrugged.

Thaddeus smiled and her hand ignited into flame as she tossed a large ball of fire into the air and moved out of the way so Kayne could try to control it. She looked upward,waiting t see what the boy would do.

Ari in response rolled her eyes,turned so that her back was toward him and formed a cocoon of ice around herself to she was done talking.

Kayne focused hard, lighting up one hand like Skye demonstrated once. He made the fireball stop and brought it down to hold it. "Got it!" Kayne smiled, holding the fireball in his right hand and looking at it eagerly.

Knight just smirked. He thought for a secound and tried something. He put his right palm on the icey cacoon and slowly, but moderately, it melted into nothing. "You're pretty stubborn. Y'know that? Maybe that's why your little brother is annoyed with you." Knight grinned. Hitting close to home was his specialty.
