"Good for you." Says Clemont, rolling his eyes. "Cadets! Gather around and listen up!" Raven says loudly, her eyes narrowed as she watched Keita and some other (NPC) cadets gather around.

Tempest look a spot up front, his eyes trained on Raven.

Raven rolled her eyes. "Today you will be working on your balance. The 3DMG needs balance to be able to support you. You have to balance your weight perfectly, or you will fall over an break your neck. A current squad leader had done it himself once, and believe me, it is not pretty." She looked over the cadets before continuing. "Now I will demonstrate." She looked at Hange, who has been waiting with a happy grin on her face, and nods. Hange walks over and uses the crank to raise Raven, her demonstrating perfect balance. "Once you can do this, navigating with 3DMG gear will be excruciatingly easy. If you can't balance, you're back to your old life." She then pointed at Tempest as she was placed back on the ground. "You. You're going first."
