Searching for Answers (NCIS RP Now open!)

This is NCIS, and their sister organization CGIS, they are working together as they have been for some time now, to solve murders and such cases for the bosses. NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service, CGIS stands for Coast Guard Investigative Service.

These are their lives, and the people here actually rather enjoy it that way.

*No cussing at all
*Fade to black, this should be second nature by now. Hugging and kissing is okay, but anything past kissing the ear, like the neck or touching each other anywhere below shoulder level, and of course then the, you know what, must be faded out
*No falling in love with yourself, in other words if i.e. Jordan Felps joined this RP, they could not have their chars Lance and Anna fall in love. The exception to this rule is the NCIS agents I play (Tim, Ducky, Abby) being with my OCs (Jezzel, Jessana, David!) for Public showing. Tony will have my girl Jessel with him when out in the public, as Gibbs will have meh girl Jessabell because they have a child together.

Personality: She is sweet, sassy at times, shy and sort of aloof round new people, and nervous as well, a bit high strung and can sometimes seemed to have high wired tension. She loves animals, and to sing and dance, write read and draw. She especially likes horses, wolves, and dogs. And she just adores kids.
History: Basically, she was used and abused because her parents died when she was only very young. She escaped to the streets where, three years later, Tony happened to come upon her and after much research found out that she was his cousin. Now, she is always round him and he almost never lets her leave his side.
Pets: Two dogs and a couple horses (Names: Raven and Ravenna, and the gelding Sky Flame, stallion Galaxy Quest, mare Do It In One, colt Quest for One)
Looks: She has red curls that go about 4 to 6 inches below her shoulders, and looks more brown in the shade, it turns dark brown with hints of red after a shower, and she has big innocent looking brown eyes.

Other job: she's starting to draw anatomy references on the human bodies, often giving them to Ducky for some help. It's a big hobby of hers.
Personality: Shy, hesitant, and flexible, Rachel likes to "go with the flow". She has difficulty stating her needs or concerns, often relying on others to help her. Rachel gets easily hurt emotionally, often going into hiding because of it. She had hard experiences in her past because of who she is, which resulted in the numerous scars on her body. They are all healed now, but there's still a pink tint to where they were. Rachel does open up to some people, which results in her being sweet, generous, and kind. The girl just wants to make people happy, hopefully doing the same with herself.
History: Being born in some rural town of California, she was orphaned at a young age. Her heritage made her valuable in underground trafficking. She stays in horrible living conditions up unti she was thirteen, when NCIS found her and some other survivors. She ended up going with the group and basically "lives" at the office. She wishes to stay with the team members sometimes, due to loneliness, but she doesn't say so.

Looks: She has curly brown hair that has an orange tinge in the sunlight, with olive skin and bright blue eyes. She stands at 5'4" and has a sturdy build, a little more on the thin side. Because of her past, there are remnants of scars on her. The pink tinge will eventually fade after a year. She tends to have dark discoloration around her eyes from lack of sleep, but it isn't always the case. She's a werewolf, but her "feral" form is more on the anthromorphic side.
Family: None. She does consider Gibbs a fatherly figure, but it's in her opinion.

Gibbs is thoughtful, considerate, and watchful over those he cares for. He can be very unpredictable with his train of thought. He's guarded about his past, but a few people do know about it...
