(I'm just going to skip to two days later.)

Two days after everything that had happened, everything started to get better.

Toothless had traded spots with Valka the night before, guarding Hiccup from the inside of the house. She was still there, but asleep. Then, a noise came from the bed, and Toothless jumped up to sniff Hiccup.

Hiccup groaned, the effects of the poison finally starting to wear off. He opened his eyes slowly. "Did...... I get stung..... By a...... Speed Stinger?" He muttered, not fully conscious. Toothless flicked Valka with his tail, being the only one able to hear Hiccup.

Valka woke up she'd been sleeping on a chair in the corner of the room and a flick from Toothless woke her up "Hiccup" she muttered walking over "yes" she replied standing next to Toothless "and you need to stop getting yourself knocked unconscious" she said acting over protective again.

"It wasn't my fault that the dragon stung me. All I did was pull a little prank." Hiccup muttered, not wanting to go through the whole 'you need to rest' thing again. "I'm not going to get up until I've rested." He muttered, and said the last word a little harsh.

(Gtg for a little bit. Sadly, I've been ordered to help my mom study for a dumb test.)

Valka gave a frown " I'm your mom I'm meant to be over protective" she said her frown morphing into a smirk. She looked out of the window for a few seconds lost in thought before she spoke again "you can't be chief of berk when you're unconscious" she said her expression turning serious again.

"True." Hiccup yawned, and within minutes, was sleeping again.

[Colonel Sarcasm]

Windcatcher who had spent the night curled up in a corner of the house suddenly woke up from all of the noise. "Now what?", she thought, as she stood up to her feet. The Night Fury quickly walked over to where Toothless and Valka were standing over Hiccup. She gave a slight growl, showing that she still didn't trust Hiccup or Toothless very much.

Valka looked to Windcatched and scratched the side of her head "oh hello you" she said a wide smile on her face, "it's ok" she soothed remembering that she disliked Hiccup and Toothless and wasn't exactly good at hiding it. She continued petting the dragon hoping she would enjoy the attention.

[Colonel Sarcasm]

Windcatcher calmed down and sat down. She no longer felt a pain in her right wing and she quickly opened it out. Windcatcher was shocked to see that it had fully healed, just the way it used to be. Now I'll be able to fly again!, she thought excitedly.

Valka watched Windcatcher open her once injured wing and glanced back to Hiccup who was sleeping "we should leave him to sleep" she said to the nightfury as she turned to leave the room. She walked outside where Cloudjumper greeted her happily She gave him some attention feeling bad for not letting him come in the house often.
