Samantha waited and quietly got up. She grabbed some paper and a pen leaving Ender a note before quietly leaving through the patio doors. She walked down towards the beach and looked round. The beach was deserted. She then slipped out of her clothes and ran into the ocean. She dived in and soon came up removing the wet hair from her face and gasped softly as she turned to see the sun slowly go down. This was amazing. Being alone made her think about her beloved Emily. Oh how she missed her daughter so much.

Samantha was floating quietly while her clothes were catching sand back on the shoreline. Her eyes closed as she took in the last rays of the warm sun.
