Dragon Age Origins (Based off the Xbox game) [OPEN TO ALL]

After a bit of thought about it and some convincing from my girlfriend, I decided that I wouldn't give up on this idea of mine from three days ago. I realized that it may take longer to gain people to any possible Role Play, which I haven't examined much since I'm new. So the Dragon Age Role Play that I asked this morning to be deleted is back on and I hope that it will be fun, fair, and exciting to all people: fans of the game or not. Welcome to the world of Dragon Age Origins!

To all fans with knowledge to this Xbox Game Series, this story arch will take place ten years after what occurred in Dragon Age: Origins. However, since the Mother and the Architect are my favorite antagonists in the game altogether, the events in Dragon Age: Awakening would have never occurred yet so I can incorporate the two antagonists as main villains (who I will let other people play if they wish). I am also incorporating the city of Kirkwall into this Role Play, so the Arishok from Dragon Age II will be there (and you will be free to make your own heroic character that will play against him). To anyone who is not a fan of Dragon Age Origins and has no clue as to what I'm talking about, to be as narrow to the point as possible, the game itself is a version of Skyrim that has evil, primarily mindless monsters destroying anything they can find, including each other!

In this Role Play, you can make as many characters as you want (keep in mind, this Role Play expects creativity and a good sense of description for anything except killings is asked from participants) that can be either protagonists or antagonists! The primary settings of the events that take place will include the nation of Ferelden and the city of Kirkwall in the northeast.

You can choose to RP as five species (unless you have your own variations that you can request that I allow), which include:
1) Humans: Humans are the primary race that populated the entire continent of Thedas (which Ferelden is a part of). The land of Ferelden was once a land owned primarily by Dalish Elves, but after the elves tried to invade human lands and threaten sovereignty, the humans surrounding Ferelden, led by the Tevinter Imperium, invaded the land and almost destroyed the Dalish Elves, resulting in the elves losing most of their language, culture, and history. The land of Ferelden, since that time period up until its independence from the Tevinter, has been densely populated by humans and, rather than having Dalish Elves primarily existing alongside humans, many elves became city elves and servants to humanity. Humans are neutral in all abilities yet face no disadvantages and can be either warriors, mages, or rogues.

2) Elves: Two types of elves exist that have dissatisfaction with the other kind: City Elves and Dalish Elves. The Dalish Elves once had a long history of peace and sovereignty as a united empire that had infested the lands of Ferelden. However, believing it right to gain more lands to spread their culture, they attacked human settlements outside of their borders, threatening many smaller nations. The Tevinter Imperium, however, used the threats of the Dalish to draw all the nations of Thedas together and to attack the Dalish. The war was long but, in the end, the elves were crushed, many becoming slaves while the Tevinter, in its size and power over the weaker human settlements, incorporated all of Thedas into a huge empire. As a result, the elves were enslaved for hundreds of years, small bands of Dalish settlements surviving that attempt to restore culture. City elves are commonly the descendants of all enslaved Dalish and, in such, most have lost their culture and have made themselves servants to the humans that destroyed them hundreds of years before. Elves are weaker against warrior and rogue attacks but have a stronger connection to magic (thus making them better mages) and can be either warriors, mages, or rogues.

3) Dwarves: The Dwarven Empire was a huge underground Empire of dwarves that lived together. They spent up to thousands of years digging huge tunnels that connected their underground cities together, the tunnels stretching go as far out as the entire continent can go. Thus, the Dwarves saw very little war with other nations and managed to have good relations with humans and elves. However, as the legend goes, the first Darkspawn were borne deep underground as twisted demonic spirits and gained their first original numbers from unsuspecting dwarves. The dwarves, having a lack of fighting experience and a thinly spread empire, was overwhelmed as the darkspawn threat grew stronger and stronger, to the point of losing almost all of their tunnels to the Darkspawn and losing contact with all former Thaigs (underground towns) and other Dwarven cities. An estimation of a few Thaigs and three cities are still standing, but the threat still looms. The land once owned has been lost to such a point that the Darkspawn now fully populate the underground lands, commonly nicknamed "The Deep Roads." The self-proclaimed Dwarven capital and best defended city to Dwarves is the city of Ozammar in northwestern Ferelden. Dwarves are resistant to most magic and tend to do more damage against mages due to their lack of effect by magical abilities. Dwarves can only be, however, either warriors or rogues and completely lack the ability to be a mage.

4) Qunari: Finding a Qunari is rare in Ferelden. The Qunari are a powerful race of humanoid creatures that populate the islands north of the Tevinter Imperium, thus outside of Thades altogether. The Qunari are extremely powerful creatures, making excellent warriors and mages. A human born in Ferelden may never have contact with the qunari. Most qunari follow a strict code known as the Qun, where they must submit to their rulers and do everything told by said rulers. The Qunari nations, to put in short, are military dictatorships that demand total respect from their subjects, so much as to fight wars against the Tevinter Imperium after they were discovered by humans. They disregard other races as carnal and disobedient, some willing to kill humans on the spot. Qunari are, however, on the top of news in Kirkwall after ships carrying a sizeable army of Qunari landed in Kirkwall, with the most notable figure being the Arishok (a Qunari general, below the level of Qun, or king). The qunari are currently given homage in an abandoned area of Kirkwall, but the longer they stay, the more likely citizens may act out against their presence. Qunari tend to be much stronger than other races and, as a result, make for powerful warriors yet can be weak rogues. Rogues tend to also do less damage against them in combat. They can either be warriors, mages, or rogues.

You are my Angel,
My saving grace,
My umbrella in the rain,
My support when I'm weak
The Beat to my heart
And the love of my life.
Never forget that
You're perfect
In my eyes.
