After wandering around aimlessly for a few minutes, Piper saw two kids who looked to be about her age at the archery range, one boy and one girl. Now Piper had made a promise to herself to be more outgoing but when the time actually came, she was quite frightened. 'Go on, Piper. These two kids could be your new best friends.' she thought to herself. After a few minutes of standing there, she finally walked over. "Hi, i'm Piper."

Emma turned her head as a girl's voice sounded from behind her. She gave her a welcoming smile and offered her hand.

[ Jason - Son of Zeus ]

Jason slowly backpedaled in the water, his lean, muscular arms making the strokes distance himself farther into the lake. He could hear the sounds of the other campers coming out of their cabins, so he knew that it was around the time to get out, put on clothes, and get some lunch. He wasn't all that hungry, but he planned on sword sparring with a few others today, and so he needed to get his appetite sated. "Excuse me." He murmured to what seemed like an abnormally large squid as he passed by, not at all creeped out by the mythical monster. He didn't fear much these days.

Within seconds, he had made it back to the shore, and the Son of Zeus leaped onto the soft soil, dripping with water as he headed towards his cabin.

Willow saw someone come out of another cabin and sit on the steps but wasn't really ready to talk to anyone. Or at least she wasn't sure if she was ready. Hey, to have someone tell you all the myths are real, that parent you never met is a goddess or in some cases a god, and then bring you to a camp with others like you...well it can get pretty overwhelming at first.

"Come on! Now is not the time to start acting up!" Alex said desperately getting slightly angry at Moonbeam. Moonbeam reared and neighed obviously annoyed by Alex's behavior, even though she had started acting up first. "Moonbeam, please," Alex begged. Moonbeam instead started running at full speed while Alex had to hang on unbelievably tight just to not fall off.

Sam tilted his head slightly, watching her shoot with interest. He'd come here to practice, but now felt the tiniest bit self-conscious- he was nowhere near as good a shot as this girl, though she was an Apollo child, which counted for something. Sighing, he informed her softly, "You're really good. Like, really good. Better than me, even," he cracked, then smiled to show he was kidding. When she vestured, to the mess hall, he nodded and opened his mouth to make another joke when another girl walked up. Though he wasn't usually startled, Sam jumped. It was as if she had simply...appeared. Still, he managed to offer a big smile and say charmingly, "Man, is ruffled hair the way to go this season? Sheesh, I'm attracting all the girls," he laughed and stuck out his hand. "My name's Sam. Yours?"

When Sam complemented her she flashed him a grateful smile. She was now focused on the girl, Piper, that had introduced herself to them.

Piper laughed, 'this kid is funny' she thought to herself. She shook the girl's hand then the boy's. "Um, my name's Piper. I'm a daughter of Hades. Are you supposed to tell people that? Sorry, I'm new at camp."

Emma nodded at the girls question, especially considering she had never seen her before it was a good way to introduce yourself. She raised her golden bow as if to show who her godly parent was.

[ Jason - Son of Zeus ]

Jason's eyes slightly widened once he noticed the figure of a...black Pegasus charging to and through the camp, apparently. Thankfully there wasn't a lot of people out an about right now, so no one was injured. Jumping in front of the galloping horse, he tried out his father's booming voice.

"Halt." He commanded fiercely, channeling a bit of his Demi-God power into his voice, hoping that the commanding tone would at least stop the Pegasus momentarily. The rider seemed helpless.
