"Okay," Willow said still curious about it. "Yeah, a bit," she added truthfully when Delilah asked if she was hungry. She would be okay for another couple hours, but only because she got use to starving most of the time.

As he saw someone approaching, Alex smiled thinking, always nice to act nice even if you're a possible serial killer. He read their note and said, " Hi Rory, I'm Alex. I'm new to the camp this year, actually my pegasus freaked out a bit and ran to the camp," he said with a slight smile and shrug. "Nice to meet you too. Do you know who you're godly parent is?" he added.

As she heard the announcement for Capture the Flag a small smile appeared on her face. She couldn't wait, this was one of her favorite aspects of camp. She grabbed her golden bow and quiver and headed to the forest. She was anxious to see what the teams were.

When Aviendha heard the announcement she jumped with excitement. "Oh, I have been waiting for this all day!" She said, and picked up her gear and sprinted towards the forest.

Alex heard the announcement and wondered if pegasus were allowed to be there. Probably not, he thought. But just in case, he never locked Moonbeam's stall yesterday... He saw some other campers heading over towards the forest and walked in that direction too.

As he heard the announcement, a rush of excitement rushed through Rory's body. He grabbed his axe and dashed out of the small cabin. He always found Capture the Flag exhilarating and fun, and he couldn't wait to find out which team he was on.

"Then we shall get something to eat." She gestured for her to follow as she began walking to the mess hall to grab a small snack. The girl paused and listened to the announcement. "Ugh..." Delilah muttered, "I suppose food will have to wait..."

"So is capture the flag one of the activities at the camp?" Willow asked slipping on the sliver ring with a purple gem when Delilah wasn't looking. The ring shifted to a sword when Willow pushed on the purple gem. She was much better with this sword since she was already use to it. She found the ring a while ago when her step-mom was at a party and kept it with her since.

Sam grinned excitedly, jumping up from his solitary bed in the Iris cabin as the announcement for Capture the Flag rang out over the camp. All day, he had waited for the call, and now, just before twilight, when the sun still sparkled over the horizon, it came. Practically sprinting out of the shimmering rainbow cabin, he snatched up his favorite rainbow-colored Converses, tugging them on as he exited the cabin. Eagerly, he went straight to the forest, dodging around the thirteen cabins in front of his and taking any shortcuts he knew to be the first one there. Although he wasn't the first, he was still exhilarated when he got to the main clearing near the river, and Sam bounced on the balls of his feet, all too ready for the armor to be distributed and the teams to be announced. While he waited, he looked around for the three girls he'd met the previous day, and toyed with the pendant around his neck.

As the announcement called over Camp Half-Blood, Cynthia stood up slowly from her turquoise waterbed, sighing and brushing the dust off of her jeggings. Being a fourth-year, Capture the Flag never really excited her anymore, though her competitive spirit always ensured that she won. In fact, Cynthia had only ever lost Capture the Flag twice; once because she was on a "minority" team, with few campers, and the other time because a monster had distracted her. Her loyalty to the camp had prevented her from taking part in the game- she had been on a solitary spying mission when she spotted the monster, and she took care of it herself, without anyone ever knowing- but by the time she returned to her base, the game had been lost. The memory stirred up a slight old hurt in her, and she gritted her teeth. Cynthia was determined not to lose this game. Trotting out of the Poseidon cabin, she made her way steadily towards the forest, waiting patiently for the teams to be announced.

Raychel smiled, emerging from her gray cabin as soon as the announcement went out. Capture the Flag was something she always looked forward too- indeed, even though Ray was one of the oldest campers still alive, a fifth-year, every game of Capture the Flag was exciting. The game never got boring to her, especially being a daughter of Athena; every game was an opportunity to experiment with a new strategy, or put a twist on an old one. Raychel rarely actually participated in the fighting, as she was always off-scene, spying or planning with a few close friends. However, when it came down to it, she was a good long-range fighter as well as short-range- her daggers and throwing knives were excellent weapons, especially when charged by a child of Zeus- instant stun-gun. She stealthily made her way to the forest, smiling all the while, gray eyes flashing mischievously. Raychel wasn't afraid of losing at all; she was afraid of being put on a team that would get in her way. Something told her that wouldn't happen, though, as another announcement came on.
