Wish: To save Madoka from becoming a witch, by any means necessary.
Personality: Stern and not very talkative, Homura does not take kindly to Kyubey, and has tried to destroy him on several occasions in an attempt to stop Madoka from becoming a Magical Girl, and inevitably, a witch.
History(optional): After making the wish to save Madoka, she was given the ability to manipulate time, and she used this to her advantage in combat, but also to start over every time she fails to defeat Walpurgisnacht in time. Her constant time travel has made her cold and bitter to all but Madoka. She tries her best to suppress her despair.

(Yeah, I've had people make Mary/Gary Sue characters in some of my rp's, and I was just like: "Lol nope, not in my RP.")
