Romania could detect England's aggravation and looked over to the male, his expression softer then earlier, a bit concerned if you would, as he was somewhat asking with his eyes 'whats wrong?' to the brit. He stayed standing and slightly leaned on the table, wanting to know everything was alright first before he sat back down.

he noticed romania's stare and switched his eye glance to him. he nodded and mouth a 'yes , I'm fine thank you.' to the romanian. he was a very good friend to england , very close , too. they both shared the strong passion of magic together , alike norway.

He prefer to be ina team with someone he knows well and Tino was one of these countries. They know each other for a pretty long time.

The Romanian relaxed a bit now with a soft smile, giving England a nod before he carefully sat down again, letting a small sigh escape his lips. It had been a while since he had seen his 2 best friends, and had wanted to contact them earlier about a new spell he found on making ice cream, but hadn't had the time with his country under panic of some new vampire rumor he had to settle. He enjoyed his time with Norway, and England especially, because of how the brit always reacted in such a funny way to failed spells.
