Charlotte was walking down the sidewalk, holding a small bag of groceries in her hand. She was running low on what she wanted for the next few days, so she decided to go to the store. As she passed by a store, she noticed a bold sign hanging in the window. Pausing, she backtracked a little bit and faced the storefront, reading the sign. "What's a Hetaloid?" she asked herself. Eyeing everything around her, the insecure girl hesitantly made her way into the store, looking around. Eyes widening slightly in surprise, she looked at what must have been the Hetaloids - they looked like human beings, but... they weren't moving, breathing or showing any signs of actually being alive. Becoming rather confused, she approached the shop keeper.

The man chuckled as he saw the boy almost drool, following after the bag of candy. "you both be good now." he waved, soon going and putting the cash in the register. - Iceland continued to follow the girl, his gaze focused on the bag of candy, holding his puffin friend close by.

This time, it was Aqua turning Rex. "Thanks." Was all she could think of to say. It was, this time, just a standard sketch. "I'll finish after dinner." She said walking to the table.

Japan smiled to the girl, soon following her when she began to walk to the table. He was rather excited, since on the second day of being with this new owner, he was having one of his favorite dishes. He pulled out a chair for her once again, being polite.

The old man smiled and looked to the girl. "why hello there youngin' ... what can i help you with?" he chuckled warmly, looking over to her. "are you here to buy a new friend? or are ya here to learn more about them?" he asked, occasionally looking to the row of characters aligned near the wall.

Aqua smiled. "Thank you sir." She nodded pouring him a small cup of green tea. "Hope this will be okay, first shot at cooking this." She sighed taking a sip of her own tea.

Placing her small bag of groceries on the floor beside her feet, Charlotte's hazel eyes scanned the store for a few moments before they landed back on the shop keeper. "U-Uh... I'd like to learn more about them..." she said quietly. Out of habit, she started fidgeting with her sweatshirt, averting her gaze out of pure shyness and insecurity.

"do not worry Aqua-San, im sure it werr be very good." he smiled, soon sitting down and taking a sip of tea quietly. He then began to cut his fish into bite sized squares, making sure each of them was around the same size.

"what type of questions do you have young miss?" he asked, hobbling out from behind his desk and stopping about 5 feet away from her, noticing her nervousness. "don't worry my dear, i don't bite." he chuckled softly.

Charlotte blushed lightly at his comment about him not biting, and she thought for a moment. "I-I know... Uh... I was wondering what they are? I-I can tell that they're very realistic and whatnot, but... do they have the same type of abilities as a human being?" she asked quietly. Even though she had just walked in, she figured out that they must be some kind of android, but she didn't know what they could do.

Katsumi walked out of the store with Emil, having him follow the licorice. "So, we are going to my apartment, and there are rules in the apartment. Rule one: don't touch my kitchen."

Tino squeaked and curled up in a ball, looking hurt and scared. "I... I can't cook to save my life! I'm sorry!!" He yelled this and fled to a random room, which ended up being the bathroom, and shut the door. He then hid next to the sink. "I... fail..."

Berwald stared at the woman that Selene was talking to, then stood in front of her, being over protective when he noticed Alfred.
