Piper sat upon her Ninetales, watching Kaelen. "Where are we going next?" she inquired. Kaelen shrugged. Their Pokémon surrounded them, the empty Pokeballs in their pockets. Shadow, Piper's Lucario, walked alongside Kaelen's Umbreon, a Blastoise to the side of a Charizard, a Houndoom siding with a Ninetales, an Absol strolling beside an Altaria, and a Talonflame flying slowly next to a Honchkrow. Finally, Raichu rode upon a Mightyena, one with a mean glare and dirty fur. Piper yawned, jumping off of her Ninetales.

Diana~ I saw Diamond ran off. "Diamond." I said to to Diamond. I ran after Diamond. "Oh did you find some trainers." I said to Diamond. "Sorry about that ran off, its Diana I'm the fairy type gym leader, Diamond is my Diancie, Diamond likes to ran off." I said to Piper and Kaelen.

Kaelen turned, his navy eyes wide. "I'm Kaelen. This is my little sister, Piper." Piper piped up from behind him. "You can just call me Pipes." Piper stepped in front of Kaelen, her blonde ponytail swept over her shoulder. "Stella! Shadow!" she called. Kaelen scowled. "If you can't keep your Pokémon under control, Piper, you'll have to put them on leashes." Piper looked furious. "It's not like your Pokémon are perfectly trained either!" she snapped, her temper short. Kaelen rolled his eyes, whistling. His Honchkrow swooped down, perching on his shoulder with a raucous caw. His Houndoom sat neatly in front of him, and his Absol stood next to him, its red eyes gleaming. His Mightyena came up from behind, and his Charizard circled over head. "Maybe not, Piper, but they're better trained than yours."

Diana~ "Diamond likes to be out of the poke ball." I said to Kaelen and Piper. "Hey be nice." I said to Kaelen. I smiled at Kaelen.

Kaelen blushed slightly, but it could have been more obvious than flashing neon lights, due to his pale skin. He scratched his Honchkrow's head, and it cawed in his ear. He winced slightly, and whistled, a lower pitch noise than before. His Pokémon scattered, all except his Houndoom, which stayed at his feet. "Come on, Houndoom. We'll only be on this trail once, then we continue our way. You should explore." The Houndoom gave him a tiny nod, and bolted. He sat down on the ground, yawning. "It's fine. Piper needs the criticism." He watched Piper run with her Pokémon, stretching herself to the limit to beat her Pokémon in a race. At the end, all but Raichu had beaten her, and she was on the ground, breathing hard. He chuckled. "She's determined, but headstrong. My parents made me travel with her. I'm glad to get out of the house, though." He whistled a whistle lower in pitch than before. Just the Honchkrow came this time. It landed on his head and he laughed. "I've had Honchkrow since I was born. He was an egg when I was born, we grew up together. I never got along with children, just this little fellow. He'd been itching to get out of the house for a long time."
