Skylar paused, listening to the music. Even though it was a dark tune, it was beautiful at the same time. She relaxed, her expression turning into one of serenity. She straightened her steps and walked in rhythm with the music. She gradually was able to pick up the pace and walk without the fear of stumbling.

Belle jumped when she was regarded. "I-it's not like I was f-following you or something!" she hurriedly justified herself. Her face turned bright red and she quickly scooted backward childishly, as if they couldn't see her if she couldn't see them.
