Ian looked down when Fawx came streaking past him. Smiling in amusment, he called over to her, making her stop whatever she was chasing. Probably a bug. Reaching down, he picked up up lightly. "Hey there baby girl," he said quietly, stroking the top of her head. Chuckling quietly when she hissed and pushed away from him, jumping out of his arms, he rolled his eyes. "You're such an irritable little thing, aren't you?" He said as she started to walk beside him.

Daphne walked in the direction of the horse stables. There was a nice big tree just behind it, where barely anyone went because of the...well, the horse smell. But Daphne didn't really mind it, so that was where she often went to go get some peace and quiet. Looking around, she glanced up at the sky thoughtfully, but stopped and looked back down when she heard someone talking nearby. Looking towards the stables, she saw another fledgling get up on a white horse.

"Your jumps are getting higher." Aya fished a sugar cube out of the pack on her side and fed it to the stallion, patting his head. "Let's circle back around in a trot." Averti did as told, circling the riding area. He jumped over some of the smaller posts as he usually did when Aya let him out by himself. Aya looked over to where a girl was; someone she had seen around the table a few times. Aya gave her a friendly smile and turned Averti towards a water troth.

Adam ran his hand over the mare's goldenish back. The mare, Hera, nudged the vampyer slightly as he switched to the other side to tighten the girth. A short snort, came from the grey muzzle as Adam led the mare out of her stall and up towards the arena. Placing one hand up on the pomell and the other on the seat of the english saddle, Adam heaved himself up onto Hera's back. He gave a slight nod to the other rider, Aya. "You mind if I join you?" The Fifth Former asked her as she came around. He didn't really have to ask, but he figured it would. He might aswell get to know his other fledgings.

Alexandra was among the small group of girls that wanted to sit and wath TV. She wasn't extacly friends with the group, but she was TV buddies with them. Her eyes flicked to the girl that had gotten off of the couch to make room for them. In her hands, Alex noticed a book. Giving a small smile and abandoning her 'buddies', the female fledging took a step after the girl with the book. "What book are you reading?" She asked as she eyed the book in her hands. She couldn't see the cover fully, but by what she could see, it was one of the last books she had read when she wa shuamn. Returnign her light brown eyes back up to the girl, ALex shook her head slightly, "I'm Alexandra Maria by the way, but call me Alex." She said with a slightl dip of her brown head to the blonde.

Ian walked outside quietly, his eyes still on Fawx. She was now trying to weave herself through his legs, so he had to be careful not to trip over her. Rolling his eyes in amusment, Ian smiled down at the cat. "Don't you have somewhere to be?" He asked her with another soft laugh. The cat mewed in reply, causing Ian to smile once more.

Daphne turned, hearing another girl speaking to her. Smiling faintly, she showed the girl, Alex, her book. "Ruby Holler, by Sharon Creech," she said. Her all-time favorite book. Daphne actually couldn't even count how many times she had read it; it never got old or boring to her. "I'm Daphne Farr. It's a pleasure to meet you, Alex," she said brightly.

How did Daphne get from the stables to the dorm so fast? D;
I am so confused...

Aya looked up when she heard a male's voice. "It is a free country." Her voice was thick with a Spanish accent and her voice was also very soft. She stroked Averti's mane, looking at the young man. She turned her attention back to Averti who was beginning to nibble on the troth. "No, Averti. Its not food..." She hopped off the saddle, snatching an apple from a barrel. "Eat this instead you silly horse..." Averti munched on the apple lazily, nudging her shoulder to say thanks. "You are very welcome."

Yuki heard a guy talking to his cat (Ian). She glanced around until she spotted him. She walked up to him. "Nice cat you have there." She laughed. "What's it's name? If you don't mind me asking."

( Oh, I'm sorry, Monotone! I thought Alex had followed Daphne out. Sorry for the confusion D: )

Ian looked up as a girl walked up to him. Smiling, he shrugged. "Well, she technically has me, most of the time." To prove his point, Fawx meowed up at Yuki and sat down beside Ian's leg. "Her name is Fawx; she's my little baby, even though she basically is a little demon," he said with a soft chuckle.

Yuki smiled. "Well she's pretty. Zetsumei is around her somewhere." She looked around and spotted her black cat hoping through a tree trying to get a bird.

Ian followed her gaze. "Is that him?" he asked, gesturing towards the black cat chasing a bird through a tree. As Fawx started to weave herself through his legs once more, he smiled slightly, then bent down to scratch her head. Purring, the large cat rubbed her head against his hand.
