"Alright. But dont worry they wont touch a hair on your little head" I told her with a grin. I took her out onto the stairs but it was drafty and cold.

Sammi smiled and followed him. She shivered without the sweatshirt and rubbed her arms, trying to make herself warm.

"Here, Like i said you can keep it" I told her and put it out for her before we got to the stairs.

Sammi smiled and slipped it on. "Thank you." she said happily. She was glad her arms were covered now and she attempted to move her hair so you couldn't see her black eye.

I put an arm over her shoulders to help her up the stairs and took a deep breath when we got to the door. I could hear everyone up and i poked my head in and they all looked and smiled but they faded as fast as they appeared when i opened the door with her behind me.

Sammi bit her lip and looked around. She didn't know what was going to happen from here but figured it would get worse before it got better.

"Jake...What is that doing here?" Chase said as he stood from the couch. "Hey whoa take it easy." I told him and he backed off from the look i gave him. "You do realize she's a D-Rock..and you do remember what they are.." Andy said giving her a glare. "Yes Andy i know that. But she isnt anymore, she needs a place to stay and im not giving her that ratty appartment so she can freeze to death." I said keeping her somewhat behind me. "She's better off that way" Levi grumbled and i shot him a glare. Jazz was the last to come out and her eyes lit up but she didnt smile. "Andy you were the one who said. If someone needs our help, we'll help em." I said. She went to intervene till i cut her off. "You also said it didnt matter where they came from." I added. "She shouldnt be an exception." Jazz spoke up her eyes now soft and persuasive.

Sami looked at Jazz, glad that she had already accepted her. She didn't know what to say. She still saw herself as a D-rock and the rest of them as the Cyclones but she would get used to it. She would always be who she was and they would just have to accept her that way. She didn't care where they came from as long as Jake was beside her.

"Give her a chance..." I said well pleaded with them. They all exchanged glances and came to an agreement. "But I will warn you girl, Any funny business and I'll break the law Jake tries to keep about hitting girls" Levi hissed and went to his room that was also the boy's room. My own best friend is pissed at me now but i didnt care. Andy slowly grew a liking to her and came over to Jazz. "Good thing we got the extra bed in the closet" She smiled at Sammie and pushed her gently in front of me to the girls, "Go ahead." I told her. "Oh now i finally have use for those small close i had!" Andy said and jogged towards the room as Jazz followed with her.

Sammi looked uncertainly at him. She bit her lip and turned back and followed Jazz. She still hadn't said anything since getting here and didn't know what to say. She looked at Jazz and then at Andy and hugged the hoodie tighter around herself.
