Sergey crossed his arms, hardly flinching at the sudden appearance of the flames. He took another sip of borscht, keeping cold eye contact with Abril all the while. Stanislav reacted in a completely opposite way. He jumped so badly he nearly fell off the bench, and hid within his coat.

I could not help burst into laughter when Stanislav had fallen "Im so sorry" i said helping him "are you ok, here" i waved my hand and the flames had subsided. "its just some fire magic, i've been practising to use it more for leisure rather than attack, look" i said while making a fire dragon jump out of my hand and dodge objects around the table"

Stanislav blinked, watching the dragon warily for a few seconds. When it became apparent that it wasn't a harmful entity, he became somewhat fascinated by it. He calmed down as he retook his previous spot, watching the dragon with a slight smile. "Y-You're affiliated with f-fire?" He said, sounding a bit surprised. Sergey gripped his thermos tighter and caused more ice to accumulate on it. He watched the dragon with a slight frown.

"I don't really know my specialty but I do have to say I love working with magic for entertainment instead of battle" I said making the dragon turn around and face Sergey and blow ice on to his food "I have been practiseIng a lot" I said smiling

Sergey frowned further and moved away a bit. "Yeah, okay." He murmured, his accent slowly becoming thicker. He continued to drink his soup and trying to pretend that nothing was happening. Stanislav watched Sergey's reaction with a light hint of disapproval. "You're no fun.." He said to his brother.

"No" I said "but this is" he drank on spit out a cold Ray before it disappeared and it began snowing on the table

Stanislav smiled and clapped quietly, slowly beginning to become comfortable around Abril. Sergey continued to try to ignore the girl, distracting himself with his borscht. However, he was running out of the red liquid. Soon he'll only have an ice-covered thermos, which wasn't much of a justification to not speak.

after a while the snow had stopped "im going to get a drink does anyone want anything?" i asked

Both Sergey and Stanislav shook their heads. They said simultaneously and respectively, "No." and, "No, thank you~" Sergey's response was cold, while Stanislav's was warm. They turned and faced each other for a moment, struck by the difference in their tones. Then they looked back to Abril.

"oooook. Im just going" i said, wow that was awkward. I went in the line and started queuing up, trying to think of what i did wrong. I hated my conscious but it was there all the same
