Night arrives as Seraph decides to look at the security cameras, she keeps on thinking how to dodge the eyesight of these cameras again, Robin set up new ones, she'll have to be more careful on doing this. These techniques are taught by Slade years before Seraph assassinates the Russian man, oh how Seraph missed him, she is like a father to her.

Only one way to find him again.

She must interrogate the titans, or anyone and finally search for him herself.

I typed away at the computer, writing down various bits of information and a list of the top ten businesses on a notepad. I yawned and stood up, bringing the notepad back to my room with me. I glanced around my room, wondering about Seraph. I spent the next twenty minutes rigging up a personal hidden camera in the corner of my room. I was not taking any chances with that insane kid.

"Yes, but it is simply a place to release power." Echo said, after a moment she sent ice swirling around the area, making it even more icy.

Danasi ran her fingers along some branches with icicles hanging from them. They made a small jingling sound and she giggled. Her breath was always warm but now it was visibly frosty from the cold.

Echo smiled, she created a solid ice chair and sat down. "Isn't it great?" She asked, the air icy around her.

"... What...? M-master Slade... has a son...?" Seraph mutters, discovering this particular fact moments earlier from a file called Bataille HSTRCL Proelium. A file in the form of a thick paper folder that keeps track of certain battles that took place across the world regarding to superhuman abilities. Earlier, a battle between the titans and two unknown people, one male and one female ensues. The woman is unknown, picture is blank the name section and the others are filled with question marks yet only a few section is filled, the ability section and the obvious ones (gender), she has the capability to 'manipulate' shadows, and the other one is still unknown, both for his powers and name, the form written for the male villain is dominated by question marks, and again, only the obvious ones are filled, uniquely the Relative(s) segment, is filled, Slade is written. And the name is blurred out, the ink waving on the section line and making marks around the paper, yet it is still decipherable.

"Maybe he knows...... maybe..." Seraph mutters, she grabs the thick paper folder, and darts away into the gloom, disappearing, she can't let the titans know about Bataille HSTRCL Proelium, it is a 'legendary' file, and of course the titans possess the knowledge of this file or may heard about it, and thinks its a hoax.

Oh no.

It is as real as any torments, love and agony.

But she must ask someone...

Someone who possess the knowledge of these two villains...

Riptide?

Seraph appears in the corner of Riptide's room, undetected as usual, completed with her mask and the Bataille HSTRCL Proelium in her hand.

"So... Riptide." Seraph mutters in the corner, looking at the busy girl.

I jumped and took a breath. Nope. Not this time... I thought, turning around and noticing Seraph in the corner. "You again? Seriously?" I groaned. How did she get past the updated security? Oh well, I'd find out later. Water burst through the floor under her and I backed up, seeing how far it was to the door. So I could fight without ruining my room. Plus, there would be more water.

Seraph throws away the file on the floor and let herself be stricken by the water, she can't let the Bataille HSTRCL Proelium to get wet. Seraph lands on the ground and then lifts her mask, revealing her unusually sparkly blue eyes. The villainess grunts and reaches the Bataile file, the yellowish-white paper cover of the file is what Riptide perceives.

It's the legendary file.

"You just had to attack me." Seraph sighs, throwing away her mask on Riptide's bed, landing safely.

"So Riptide... of course you've heard about Bataille HSTRCL Proelium am I right?" Seraph continues.

The fabled file is thrown towards Riptide, Seraph saw this expression multiple times when she displays the file to just a handful of people, shocked, startled, etc.

I looked at her, catching the file as it flew toward me. I glanced at the cover. "The what now?" I asked, flipping it open and keeping an eye on Seraph as I did so. I gasped softly as I skimmed the papers. "Slade... Shadow Manipulation... What? What is this?! Where did you get it?!" I exclaimed, shutting it again. I had no intention of giving it back, either.

"From a Russian guy. Open page four hundred eighty-eight." I commanded, the page is the photograph of the titans against the shadow woman and the unknown man.

"Who are they?" Seraph said, keeping her gaze on Riptide as she pulls out her phone while laying down on Riptide's bed freely.

The name she goes by now is Storm, short for Stormflight. However, her original name was Tempestas.

Age;;
Honestly, she doesn't know herself. She seems to be only four or five years old, though occasionally she can act FAR more mature than her years. Occasionally.

Affiliation;;
Evil, though honestly she's just interested in amusing herself and making sure that she releases the tension constantly building up in her body so she doesn't randomly go berserk.

Personality;;
Stormflight can be quite the nasty little girl, causing pain for entertainment and destroying anything that anyone might cherish. She enjoys being sarcastic and is full of as much attitude as she pleases to grant you with. She deeply loathes pain of any sort, and being of a very, very light build, many light injuries that most people would shrug off actually have a larger effect on her. She hates owing people, though luckily she doesn't have to deal with that very much; After all, who around is going to try to stick up for a demonic dragon-wolf hybrid? Storm has an incredibly fiery temper, able to explode at infinitely small things. She is usually hypocritical, but she hates it when people point it out. Another thing she hates to the sun and back is being embarrassed and/or humiliated. I would not recommend that at ALL, because if you do, you're going to end up with a hurricane on your hands. An upset dragon-wolf hybrid with the ability to control storms isn't a good thing.

History;;
Stormflight is the result of an illegal experiment in a lab that was attempting to create extremely deadly hybrids to attack the city and eventually take over the world. After all, isn't that what almost all of the evil nutterheads are trying to do nowadays? However, Stormflight was the one whom they made a mistake on. Beforehand they had been using relatively unintelligent creatures, such as insects and birds and such, but those were just prototypes, really- testing the technology's ability to create dangerous hybrids. Deciding that it was foolproof, they put a wolf into the experiment. At first it seemed to work well, as the wolf successfully grew dragon-like wings and was able to get around on them. However, what they didn't know was that the experiment had made the wolf's body extremely reactive to any stimuli. VERY soon after, due to a bit of an accident with the equipment, there was a sudden discharge of power, and... well, nobody can understand quite how this happened, but when the electricity entered her body, it didn't go straight back down into the ground like it would normally. No, it seemed that her body also fused with the electricity. In several rapid changes, her "normal" body temperature skyrocketed up to incredible levels, her bones lightened, and several elements in her body changed- one of which including her teeth, turning them to silver. The sudden power caused her to go temporarily berserk, allowing her to break free of her containment and... well, she destroyed the lab on her way out. Probably killed the majority of the scientists, though she doesn't know.

Powers/Abilities;;
Control over storms. She blows lightning like a dragon breathes fire. Electricity runs through her body, and her heart is like a generator. Her teeth are made of silver, so typically if she bites someone, the electricity races through the metal and shocks the person. The strength of the shock depends on how much energy is moving around by her mouth. If she has just blown a blast of electricity, usually this amount of energy is rather low, so her bite will be relatively normal. Her body is capable of incredibly powerful bursts, and because of the heat from the constant friction inside of her, she is able to reach the speed of sound for brief moments. Stormflight is incredibly agile in the air, and very few airborne missiles can touch her if she is not weary.
Stormflight is also capable of shifting into a human, and she often does so to blend in with people. However, her power is heavily dampened in this form, so if one knows her human appearance and is looking for her, she won't be a difficult target unless she is aware of you. Her human form is 5'5" tall, with dark brown wavy hair that reaches four inches below her shoulders. Her eyes in this form remain the piercing gold of her wolf's form. One thing that makes her stand out in this form are her over-developed canines- though they have shrunken down to more-or-less fit her human self, they are still slightly longer than the rest of her teeth and undoubtedly sharper than any human canines.

Weaknesses;;
Water, rubber, and plastic. It's as simple as that- insulators. When in contact with those materials, it disrupts and completely stops the flow of electricity through her body. However, if she is submerged completely in water, her power will go utterly out of control for approximately one minute- until she is utterly drained of strength and completely helpless.
Another issue with Stormflight's body is that, because she can reach such high speeds, her bones are extremely light, leaving her vulnerable to powerful blows. She also has extremely low stamina, so she can not sustain a fight and be victorious.
