Ruki laughed.

"Brat, let off." Kurama growled. Sekai shook her head and held on tighter. "Help me." Kurama pleaded.

Ruki sighed regaining her composure before bending down and looking over her shoulder at the scene. "Come on Sekai let go of the grumpy fox. I'll carry you instead. Try giving Kurama a brake for once.", the white haired teen said.

"But his hair is so fluffy." She whined, giggling. She reluctantly slipped into Ruki and climbed onto her shoulders.

Standing up carefully keeping Sekai balanced by holding onto her legs, Ruki smiled back at Kurama before exiting the apartment and heading out into the village streets. Already people were starting to walk up and down the streets chattering happily with each other dressed for the celebrations.

Sekai hugged Ruki's neck as Kurama walked next to them, his hand occasionally brushing Ruki's. He smiled at the air of festivity and ruffled Sekai's bangs.

The teen occasionally glanced back at the girl sitting on her shoulders glad to see Sekai seeming so joyful, even more so then normal. The dark haired girl's smile was almost catching as the trio made their way along the streets. "Okay kid, you got us here so now what first?", Ruki asked keeping her eyes on where she was walking.

"I wanna try for a prize!" She cheered, pointing at a stall with a get the ball in the basket game.

"If that's where you want to start, let's go look. Just make sure when you throw from up there you don't hit me in the head okay?", said Ruki turning towards the stall Sekai had indicated. She stopped in front of the stall,"Hi. Mind if we give this game a try?", Ruki asked the vendor.

The vendor nodded and handed Ruki the ball. Sekai picked it up from her hand and threw it over Ruki's head. She hit the pins and they fell. "Yes!" She cheered, fist pumping the air.
