Hiccup pulled his hand away from his sword. "Just a bit curious, but where did you find that dragon skin?" He asked, stepping closer. He eyed Nightshade sceptically, as she had bitten him. "I recognize from somewhere." He added, shrugging.

Koani

I turned looking at the dragon skin cape draped over my shoulder. "Oh, this old thing?" I said, looking back at him. "Found it washed up against some rocks on the beach. I figured I could use it as camouflage when riding my dragon." I reached down to the side of Nightshade's face, behind her eye and scratched her there, she relaxed and nuzzled against my hand, warbling softly. When I was down. She returned her gaze to the boy, but was much more relaxed.

When Gobber was done visiting with A-ya he walked off singing even more loud and obnoxious than before. A- ya quickly flew with snow dancer to the training center and the two practiced for a bit.

"Hey! You can't just come wake me, point weapons at me, ask were I got my cape that you apparently don't like, and then just leave!" I called out, slightly frustrated. Nightshade roared loudly as they flew up, clearly feeling the same I did. I looked over at my dragon, a confused look on my face. "I guess that's how they greet people here," I said plainly with a shrug.

Hiccup eventually stepped inside, spotting the dim light of Nightlight and frowning, then picking her up. "You need that algae, don't you?" He murmured, rubbing her head gently. "But you might be sick..." He looked slightly puzzled. "We need to find some of it." He added.
