After Levi took a seat, he pulled out his darling notebook and started to work on his poem

Hanji looked around, her curiosity piqued as she observed all the students. Awaiting for the class to start. At this moment she would become born and start humming.
Or even plan a new experiment and hypothesis.
Yet now she was blank.
Letting out a bored sigh she brought her head down to the table and closed her eyes.
She would take this opportunity to rest due to the fact she was exhausted. She normally slept for only 3 nights and the others were left studying and researching.

As soon as the bell rung the door to the front of the class opened, revealing a blonde man with quite the set of brows. His eyes gleamed over the students as he walked by.
"Hello students, today i'll be subbing for Mr.Zacharius. You may call me Mr.Smith."
He announced as he sat up at the front. Looking over his papers.

Hanji instantly opened her eyes and letting out a tired yawn, "Sub?" She asked quickly. Earning a nod from the student nearby. She nodded and closed her eyes once more.

He began going down the list of students for attendance.

Armin Arlert was the first name called for attendance. "Here" he said. The teacher kept going down the list.

As Armin responded Erwin gave him a slight nod, he looked over the students.
"Zoë"
Hanji looked up from her rest and let out a small groan that appeared to be a yes.
He continued down the list, reaching the others. As he finished up he set down the papers and looked out the window for a moment.
"Your sub didn't leave any notes so we have to wing this."

Levi had his face flat on his desk. He tried his best not to snore, but he did anyway

As Erwin finally thought of an idea he looked at the students, "I want you to write a two page paper on your life. If it's history class we'll keep the topic on history." He mused as he wrote the topic on the board.
"Eh, but-"
"Ms.Zoë- understand that this is just basic information, nothing too off. It's my way to learn you all a bit more."
Grumbling slightly she looked over at Levi who seemed to be sleeping, smiling slightly to herself she shrugged and took out a sheet of paper.
"Mr.Ackerman, I would advise staying awake for this section of class."
