Donatello heard a soft bleeping noise emanating from his T-phone. He ducked inside the building and narrowed his eyes at the screen. "The air-ducts," he murmured, partially to April, but mostly to himself. He tapped the phone a couple of times in response to Leo's text, running a couple of simple calculations through his head as he did so. 'Roger that, ETA 5.34 minutes.' He carefully removed one of the metal air-vent grates, crawling inside. "Floor 14..." he beckoned to April again. "Just follow me." He inched his way through the cramped air-ducts, already having determined the most efficient route to the designated area. Most air-ducts had similar structures, and air-ducts just so happened to be a structural archetype Don had familiarized himself with. So finding his way around wasn't going to be rocket-science. After wriggling through numerous chutes and tunnels, he reached the last chute, which he believed would take him to Floor 14. He peered downwards, but it was really too dark to see anything. He shrugged, thrusting himself forwards, sliding down the chute.....and landing right on top of Leo.

R&B smirked and shrugged back, her blood-red eyes glinting as if to say, Sure, why not? The rat-girl back-flipped a couple paces and held out her axes in a primal attack-stance. "Come at me, sista'," she made a beckoning gesture with one hand, a mixture of challenge and playful mischief laced through her tone. Her eyes flitted to one of the air-vents, where she thought she had seen a flicker of movement. Eh...probably just my imagination. she quickly turned her attention back to the fire-girl.

Link fixed the girl with a serious look. "Annoying - an adjective describing one that causes annoyance or vexation. Irritatingly bothersome. It draws its origin from Middle English." she tilted her head. "Was there a purpose to that which is known as the definition of 'annoying'? Or does the one known as Kate simply delight in conversation that revolves around herself?"

[Urrrrrrrrrrg *groan* Kraang smack-talk....^^ I make myself wanna face-palm XD]

April glanced around the area before slowly walking after Donnie to the doorway he had found. She peered down the stairs before beginning to go down them, as Donnie told her do so. She stopped when he stopped, looking back at him. She raised an eyebrow when he muttered something about air-ducts. "Lemme guess, we're gonna have to go through the air-ducts?" she asked quietly, knitting her eyebrows together. She was right - watching as he removed the air-vent and crawled inside. She hated going through air-ducts. She groaned quietly before crawling into it after Donnie, following closely behind him. April stayed silent as she followed Donnie's lead, she hoped he knew where he was going - he usually did. She looked down the chute Donnie had got to, scrunching her nose up at the darkness. "That looks way to dark for my liking. Sure it's safe?" she questioned. But he had already slid down it before he could answer. "How do you get yourself into these things, April?" she asked herself. She hesitated before forcing herself to slid down the chute after him. Lucky for her, she barely missed landing where Donnie had landed - on Leo. She landed a bit away from them.

Leo fell to the ground as Donnie landed on top of him. The noise made a loud crash that echoed through the air duct. "Donnie!" He snapped squirming underneath him until he was able to wiggle his way out from beneath his brother. A mans voice could be heard clearly. And a quick glance in that direction through the air vent showed it was the spark. And his words made Leos skin prickle. "We have company. I think its time for a new training excersize." He said to his gang as ge looked up at the grate. "Kill them."

"Ow," Don complained, shifting around uncomfortably as Leo freed himself. Why do air-vents have to be so cramped? Why couldn't architects account for mutant turtles that need to get through here? "I'm sorry, I'm not the one who chose to take the air v--" Don stopped his accusation mid-sentence, though, at the sound of a man's voice emanating from the room beyond the metal grate. D only caught the tail end of what was being said, but he didn't dislike the words any less; "Kill them."
"Nuts," Don seethed, biting back a curse word for April's sake. He whipped out one of his smoke bombs and smashed it against the air-vent - purple smoke billowed everywhere, and suddenly the turtle was at the far end of the room, pressing himself against a punching bag to conceal himself while he got his bearings. This seemed like a training room of some sort - dummies and punching bags dotted the area, and weapon racks covered what seemed like almost every square inch of the walls. Well that's fantastic. He whipped out his staff and held it close to his chest, ready to leap into action and wondering how to proceed from here. Who to go for first? As of right now, three people figured prominently in the room - unfortunately, he recognized two of them. The fire girl and the man - now, he couldn't be sure, but the shivers traveling up and down D's shell floated the idea that this man could possibly be the famed Spark. Pyro-girl was obviously not friendly. And then the other one was dual-wielding a couple of axes. Faaaan-tastic.

R&B's grin widened to near the size of a Cheshire-cat smile. "Awesome, some real action!" she whirled the axes on her fingertips and pointed at the air-vent, where the noise had come from. "Come out and play, kiddies," she called challengingly, ready to kick some butt. "Who wants to be my dance-partner?" she threw one of her axes, and the sharp-edged weapon flipped end-over-end before embedding itself in the metal air-vent grate. "Let's have some fun!"

(Oops sorry I didn't see that. Im waiting for the others to respond for the main group)

Kate narrowed her brown eyes. First it could hardly talk now she's a stinking dictionary. "No just trying to come up with the right words to describe your personality to all the journalists who will be wanting to know about our alien invasion. Of course this is after the disection so you won't be able to show them your stunning self in person." She said a look of pure hatred on her face.

Link frowned, head still cocked to the side inquisitively. "That which is known as...dissection?" she had witnessed the Kraang dissecting organisms before. It was messy business. She didn't much like it, certainly not if she was the one on the operating table. The pinkette shook her head in denial. "Th-that will not happen. You are attempting to do that which is referred to as...'ruffling my feathers'."

Kate smiled cheekily. "They'll have to be plucked off anyways." She said comparing the alien to a chicken that was about to be eaten. Kate shifted slightly as the chain went deeper into her side where she'd been stabbed. The stitches needed cleaned off and possibly removed and replaced with tape to hold her skin together until fully healed. Shed have to do without tonight. Hopefully not many more than one.

Link couldn't help but make a face. All this talk about dissection and sharp objects was making her tingle, in a really weird way. She sent a telepathic message to the orange turtle. Um...the one known as Kate makes Link uncomfortable. Perhaps we could- she stopped mid-message - the tingling was getting worse, zeroing in on her back. As if something were trying to come out. Out of the blue, four long, spindly, sharp, metal, pink, spider-like legs unfolded like deadly switch-blades. She gasped and stumbled backwards, bumping into the TV and landing flat on her butt. The television came crashing to the floor, and the Kraang girl winced, panic rising. She didn't know what the heck was going on, and she'd just damaged the property of her hosts.

[to anyone who worries about Link getting overpowered: (I dunno if anyone is but just in case) that's probably the last weapon I'm going to reveal for a while now, and she's going to have to practice a lot with them before she can really be effective. So yeah, still not much of a threat yet ]
