While the turtles have been kept busy fighting the kraang and Shredder something bigger was happening in New York City. Something that they may not be ready to face...

Mutants have been sought out and trained. Bent to a ruthless leaders every command. They will fight to the death and care nothing for the innocent people of New York who are trampled under them. A new gang has arisen far more powerful then the kraang. Far more intelligent then the Purple Dragons. And twice as bloodthirsty as Shredder and his foot clan. They are ruled under a mysterious figure called the Spark. He has created a powerful gang called the inferno. It uses mutants that it finds such as Spider Bites, Kevin and a few new ones, to assist in their attacks on the turtles. They are powerful cunning and always seem to be one step ahead of the turtles. They fight first to control the city then they will spread throughout the world like wild fire until it is only theirs. Can the turtles stop these new villains and save the city?

The Spark

Only a trusted high ranked few know what the face of The Spark looks like. Many who are in his gang wouldn't recognize him if he were near them. Word on the street says hes tall and built averagely. He is said to always be in a black suit. Which doesn't make him any easier found considering the hoards of business men in similar attire everyday.

Nothing is known about his history although there are plenty of guesses and theories on where he came from. One says he came from Russia and was a trained assassin for their government until he went rogue and formed his new life. Another says he was an orphan raised in New York until when he was older he went mad and tried killing the nannies. However he came to be it could not have been pleasant.

The Spark is a cold ruthless man but he is not blinded by his power. He is a tactical leader that uses fear and pain as motivators for his followers. He doesn't make idle threats and isn't one to show much emotion in his work. He is rumored to be a wealthy man but where he gets his money whether from robberies or illegal trades it isn't known. He treats himself to fine things such as his always well ironed suit that is undoubtedly name brand and personally tailored for him.

A big walking mutant turtle. He has light green skin and blue eyes. His shell has a few scratches on it from fights or from his brothers in battle practice. He wears the blue mask and has a leather sheaths for his two katanas. He wears knee and elbow pads as well as wraps on his feet, fingers, and wrists.

Leonardo was mutated from a turtle at a young age along with his adopted brothers and father. Master Splinter spent years teaching them how to fight as ninjas. They went above ground for their first time at 15 years old and have been fighting the kraang and Shredder since.

Leonardo seems to be inexperienced and still honing on his leadership skills to make more solid decisions and to gain more trust from his brothers. He regularly watches an animated science fiction show called Space Heroes and uses it as a guide for his leadership skills, often attempting to quote from the show in an attempt to sound intimidating and heroic, even if most of his attempts fall flat due to him sounding overly cliché.

The photo above is the last clear photo of Kate since her fathers death. Her looks have changed though not extremely dramatically. She now has a more noticeable muscle mass and she has a scar on her chin where a man had cut her with a knife during her earlier days of learning. She now tries to blend into crowds quickly and easily and while she prefers to not alter her image a lot she has an array of wigs, contacts, clothing, and even masks to disguise herself. When invisibility isn't required. She can often be seen in plain clothing. Mostly jeans and gray sweatshirts and hoodies. Anything that would be easily lost in the crowded streets of New York.

Kate was a normal teenager before. She had an amazing family. She had lots of friends, was on honor roll and on her way to college, she participated in many sports including track, volleyball, cheerleading, basketball and archery. She was looking forward to her future and was as happy as she could be. Until he father was brutally murdered by a gang. At first the pain shut her down. She cried constantly and rarely talked. She grew distant from her friends and family. They moved into a very small apartment without her fathers income they were lucky to be staying in that. Her mother worked constantly struggling to feed them and some days she couldn't. Kate eventually grew tired of what her family had become. Her mother working herself so hard that she came home and slept for 5 hours and then went back to work. Her younger brother, Jacob crying himself to sleep and growing up without a father. She grew tired of herself. Her constant sadness and worthlessness. It was late one night when she saw the answer to her problems. Revenge. She trained and worked hard pushing herself to new limits. She was fast and strong. After researching and asking questions to the right people she eventually got herself noticed by a corporation. She was hired as an assassin and disappeared for a year. After a year of training she was a deadly killer. She was versatile in many weapons though she preferred longs range bows and for close combat a double sided sword that was always close by her. Now she is assigned the Hybrids. Apparently they are causing enough trouble to get them noticed by her bosses. Although she isn't still sure who she is fighting for. It doesn't matter. Shes cleaning scum from the street to ensure no other families have their lives torn apart. While she looks for the man she suspects in killing her father.

She is a cold shell of the girl she once was. She is now ruthless and determined. Anyone who gets in her way will be sorry they did. She is stubborn and strong willed very passionate and yet when relaxed she can be laid back and easy going. She has a fierce sense of loyalty and buried inside of her she is soft hearted for a select few and kind. She has a sense of humor if she trusts you enough and is always trying to do things for the greater good. And for those who cant defend themselves. She is very curious and that curiosity has gotten her in trouble more than a few times. She has a weak spot for animals and basically anything that reminds her of her old life. She secretly yearns for someone to understand and for someone she can depend on.

April befriends the Ninja Turtles after the Kraang kidnap her father, and Donatello develops a crush on her.

Splinter discerns that April has a natural spiritual sensitivity and offers to train her to be a kunoichi (a female ninja) so she may learn to harness her ability and defend herself. Splinter gives April a steel fan that was originally meant for his own daughter before the Shredder killed her. April's telepathic powers are revealed to be a byproduct of her genetics: she is in fact a half-human/half-Kraang hybrid. she displays an immunity to the mutagen.

April has a falling out with the Turtles after a scuffle with the Kraang results in the accidental mutation of her father. She begins to tutor Casey Jones in trigonometry so he can stay on the hockey team. Casey takes to April immediately and calls her "Red". After the pair are saved by the Turtles twice, April decides to forgive the turtles and repair her friendship with them.

Edit: Since arriving on Earth, Link has grown increasingly more knowledgeable of the planet and its customs. Slowly but surely, the experience has lead her to adapt - she's grown a stronger sense of spunk, and has since become a tad more sure of herself. She's come to the revelation that she will not stand for injustice - being hunted by the Inferno has taught her ethics, and already she's started to develop a moral code that she will never violate. She no longer desires to kidnap April O'Neil, nor will she tolerate the vile actions of organizations such as Inferno.

In his human form, he possesses both inhuman strength and canine-like qualities: his enhanced sense of hearing and smell. When in battle, he uses his teleportation to his advantage as well as his ease to summon his ability to shift painlessly into his original form. Mathew is also prone to speaking in the dead languages of Latin and ancient Greek at times as they calm him, after all, Latin is his native tongue. He uses a black, metal staff with a jagged spear protruding out of the top as a weapon and help hone his abilities of teleportation, shifting into his original form painlessly and of his will, reading minds of his will, and healing much quicker. Etc.
strengths; Abnormal human strength{Human form}. Powerful jaws, wings, and large body mass{Avian Canis Lupus form}. A herbal/magic spelled bag that blocks out mind control, illusions played on the mind, or spells that control the mind or portray illusions{Both forms}. Enhanced canine senses{Only hearing and sense of smell/Both forms}. His teleportation. Mind telepathy|reading|communication thingy when in his Avian Canis Lupus form. He controls when he shifts into his original form and there is no pain for him, unlike his sister's transformations are painful and only caused by severe emotion outbursts. He is incredibly limber like his sister as they both trained in mixed martial arts as children. Extremely stealthy. Excellent tracker. Heals much faster than his sister, even though all Avian Canis Lupus heal much faster than a human depending on how severe. He finds it much easier to work alone. Playing the violin well. Etc.
weaknesses; When his "tattoos" appear, his skin burns, but no burns or scars are visible on the skin. Staying too long in his original form can lower his health and immune system for his human form, for a certain amount of time varying from how long he stays in it. His fears and his sister. In his original form it is very difficult in battle to fight smaller opponents because they would have the advantage over him as he is about 10' 7" to the tip of his shoulders from solid ground and is about 8' 9" from nose tip to tail tip with a wingspan of 20' 6". Teleporting can only be severely short distances. He can only teleport himself. If he teleports a longer distance than what he's use to, it drains him extremely. Teleporting too much drains a lot of him. Being drained of too much energy causes him to lose focus so he cannot control whether if he hears voices from others within ten feet of him and his transformations. Etc.

"Don't I look snazzy?"

general description; Mathew stands at about 6' 1" and weighs about 184 pounds. His straight platinum hair is almost white in some light. It's length is long, just hovering above his shoulders and choppy bangs that hang straight down over his forehead and ending at his eyebrows. Two thick tresses from the front of his are pulled back just beneath his crown and tied with a thin hair tie, creating a very small ponytail barely hanging down and close to just sticking off his head. He is moderately muscular and even athletic looking, if you may say. He has slightly darker skin, though he is not tan, than his sister's fair, ivory skin. His eyes are the same shade of green as his younger sister's eerie green ones. They are both a spitting image of their late mother and brother, Mason.

Mathew stands about 10' 7" from solid ground to the tip of his shoulders and about 8' 9" from his nose tip to the tip of his tail. His wingspan comes out to a total of 20' 6", well, something's got to carry his large body. His fur is silky and soft to the touch. His main body looks like any ordinary wolf, besides the fact he is obvious much larger. He has jet black fur, eerie green eyes, and a five jagged grey striped markings along his back. His wings are located on her back and are a misty grey, also having multiple darker grey jagged stripe markings as well. Around his neck is a thin leather string that holds up his leather herb bag, identical to his sister's.{An example is in my siggy.}

significant other; A human girl Nikkia, about three years ago when Mathew was eighteen. She lived in New York and on Long Island was where he had met her. They grew interested in each other after meet and began to hang out much more. It was more of falling in love with each other than friendship. Both cared for each other mutually and respected the other. After almost a year of dating, Mathew decided to trust the young girl with his secret of what he was. Nikkia simply smiled in return and told him she did not fear him. She had accepted what he was for she loved the boy. The girl called him "her worrisome pup." It was short lived though as when he was dating Nikkia, Mathew was also doing small odd and end jobs for the Shredder. While his was a completely different person with Nikkia, he did dastardly things in the dark. It made his thirst for power even more than it was slowly going. The Shredder discovered Mathew's relationship with Nikkia and ordered him to kill the girl, as a testimony of his loyalty to the Shredder. Without even blinking, Mathew accepted and while Nikkia was sleeping one night, he went to finished his command. When he got to her sleeping body, he froze as he realized he had truly loved Nikkia and couldn't complete his task. This was when an arrow flew by his cheek and into Nikkia's still body. The scent of blood, Nikkia's blood made him cold. He turned to see who had done it, it was a mask Foot ninja staked outside Nikkia's bedroom window. After that night, Mathew disappeared from New York and dropped all ties to the Shredder, one day promising he'd kill the Shredder when he had returned more powerful. The chimera would get revenge for his late Nikkia. His thirst for power became even more worrisome, just like Nikkia once called him, "a worrisome pup." He finally came back to New York after traveling for some years. Mathew discovered his sister had moved to New York as well. He snooped around and finally came across a gang called "Inferno." Aero, first off, is as stubborn as an ox. If she sets her mind to a certain goal, like jumping off a cliff, she'll do anything to accomplish it. I warn you: don't try to stop her or you may not get a very friendly girl. She is short-tempered and not the most down to earth or level-headed girl at times, or to simply put it: a hot-head. Her stubbornness is one of her biggest weaknesses, at times she can be pushing herself pass limits that are hard to handle. The girl always hates to give up, but because of her well known stubborn streak, she won't stop until she's achieved what she was going for or if something stopped her. High-spirited and optimistic, some-what bubbly, out-going, and spontaneous are all traits of Angel-Shay. You may say she's more adventurous and a daredevil than she is out-going. Aero is the kind to try and find the good things in situations, no matter the event. She's always one to want to help cheer someone up, even when she's injured or ill, and one to never to want to burden anyone. Loyalty means much to Aero, so she wouldn't really appreciate it if someone betrayed her or injured one of her friends or loved ones. The platinum blonde stays loyal to anyone she deems can be trusted enough with it. With that loyalty, she'd risk anything, even her life, for the well being for a loved one.

Angel-Shay enjoys cracking a joke once in a while and can have a very sarcastic attitude towards anyone, though only to lighten moods and such, but she can also be sarcastic in the wrong moments, which could be taken as rude. If someone were to set the short-tempered girl off, she'd be a time bomb around anything. She doesn't like to be order around and can be very snarky, fiery, sly, or witty with her words to tell the person other wise on what'd she do. This doesn't mean she won't follow orders or commands given to her; to Aero, it's all on how the person delivers in and the situation. Aero is not only known for her stubbornness, but also holding a grudge for a serious matter at someone. Towards this person, she is very negative, snarky, demeaning, and a bit arrogant. If it affects or hinders her performance in: carrying out a mission, fight, protecting her friends, etc., she will set it aside for the time being. In any kind of serious matter or situation, she is very rational and serious with her decisions and tries to put her personal matters behind her. It wouldn't matter to her if you were one of her new found friends or close family member, the girl would always love to mess around with your mind by annoying you, with small things, of course. This was just a small thing she had a habit of it, if you had known her since Pre-K or just now met the spontaneous platinum blonde. She'd still treat everyone the same and protect all dear to her, even though, no one really gets "close" to her. Some don't even make it pass acquaintances for her.

As strong willed and optimistic the girl is, she still has a side that rarely anyone sees. Angel-Shay hates to be seen crying in front of anyone, no matter who'd they be. She's learned over the years to only ever be strong and never show, what others may conclude as, "weak" emotions. Pain, sadness, or maybe even love, she doesn't like others to see her like that, so she just "closed" them up. Rarely, she lets anyone get close, such as like sibling or family close, to her after the death of her family and guardian as she didn't want the feeling of loss anymore. Though, she knows she'd never truly escape that, if that even makes sense to some. Even one of her most closest friends have trouble reading the stubborn girl. Trusting isn't a problem with her, though, at times it can be. It's just that she doesn't want to be close to anyone anymore like that. There have only be very few who have possibly gotten extremely close to her and learned of parts of her past, one would be her childhood friend: Shep.

power; Flight. She can only shift into her original form from her emotions being out of control: anger, frustration, or the sense of danger. She also has telekinetic-related abilities such as: being able to hear anyone's thoughts unwillingly within a ten foot radius, being able to connect with anyone's subconscious through psychical touch to bring one out of a coma or of sorts, and telepathically talking with any person or thing in her original form. In her human form, she possesses both abnormal strength and canine-like qualities: her enhanced sense of hearing and smell. When in battle, she uses her sword, Inna, which was a gift from a close friend on her birthday, since she cannot shift into her Avian Canis Lupus form at her own will. Aero is also prone to speaking in the dead languages of Latin and ancient Greek when frustrated, confused, bored, etc.

weaknesses; Not being able to shift into her original form on command, only being able to change at high emotion levels for: anger, frustration, or sense of danger. The "curse" of having to hear everyone's "unwanted"{she doesn't necessarily want to hear them} thoughts, though, she's learned over the years to ignore them. Shifting into original form causes her great, but quick pain as every bone in her body is shifting, growing, and changing as she does have to produce large wings as well. When her "tattoos" appear, her skin burns, but no burns or scars are visible on the skin. Staying too long in her original form can lower her health and her immune system, for a certain amount of time varying from how long she stays in it. Her fears, her stubborn streaks, and her brother. Her weak lungs, from after the fire when she was a child, can cause short, coma-like states for her if she were to suddenly have an asthma attack during a fight or in her Avian Canis Lupus form as she wouldn't be able to reach her inhaler. Not being able to heal as fast as her brother. In her original form it is very difficult in battle to fight smaller opponents because they would have the advantage over her as she is about 7' 2" to the tip of her ears from solid ground and is about 6' 7" from nose tip to tail tip with a wing span of 12 feet, each being 6 feet. Etc.

general description; Aero is 5' 9" and 143 pounds with ivory skin and large burn scar on her left arm that is hidden by leather bracelets. She has platinum blonde, almost white, wavy hair that is parted to the side and goes down to about her mid-back. Her eerie green eyes always have an intimidating, eerie glow to them. Having almost white hair and intense, yet kind eerie green eyes, sometimes on moonlit nights, people have described the girl to have a ghostly appearance. No matter what time of year, Aero is always seen wearing a grey-brown bandanna and her father's sea-foam green-blue goggles.

Aero stands about 7' 2" from solid ground to the tip of her shoulders and about 6' 7" from her nose tip to the tip of her tail. Her wingspan comes out to a total of 17' 9", well, something's got to carry her large body. Her fur is silky and soft to the touch. Her main body looks like any ordinary wolf, besides the fact she could possible twice at large as a normal wolf. She has pure white fur, relating her platinum blonde hair, eerie green eyes, and a five jagged green striped markings along her back. Her wings are located on her back and are pure white, also having multiple green striped markings as well. Her front right leg has a ring a green jagged ring around it near her shoulder and it all spikes on the top and on the bottom of the mark it is a bit more thicker and on her ankle area, there is a small line of green. This similar pattern is repeated on her back left leg. On the top of her eyes, there is an outline of green, as if it were to be eye shadow on a person. Out of the four, she is closest to Raph, even though most of the time she is arguing with him. She holds a great respect for Leo and is possibly second closest to him our of the four brothers. Her relationship to Splinter is like that of her previous master, often going to him for advice on how to become a better, well, ninja. Or the female word for ninja, kunoichi. What else is there really to explain to a person who dabbles in mix martial arts or ninjutsu? She will often talk to him about other things, so she is fairly close to the master.

Personality: Cold, cunning, and the evil leader of the Foot Clan, The Shredder is more than willing to go to any lengths to destroy both the Turtles and their rat sensei, Splinter. With his big army and his shredding armor, there is little that The Shredder cannot do. Oroku incorrectly believes that his old friend, Splinter, 'took' Tang Shen away from him, and thus, his extremely revengeful spirit has caused him to become cruel and pitiless over something that is otherwise pointless (and he even took Splinter's daughter away to mold her in his own image -- and he is even willing to go to the trouble of keeping Karai's true identity and biology furtive for a very long time). He now has little connection to humanity. The Shredder fights with a cold-blooded attitude, showing little mercy to anyone...Though he finds himself in a city swarming with Mutant creatures and many invading aliens, Shredder initially viewed it all as nothing but a distraction from his ultimate goal: His vendetta against Hamato Yoshi. When his lieutenants, Bradford and Xever, are mutated into Dogpound and Fishface, he does not question it at all and he continues to use them in his plans to destroy the Turtles and their master - and he only takes an interest in The Kraang after he sees that their advanced technology could prove useful to him. His narrow-minded attitude and overwhelming obsession sometimes does put Shredder at odds with his "adoptive" daughter, Karai, who generally seems to expresses more concern about the strange happenings in the city than her father does. When she complains that "There's more to life than your little vendetta", Shredder becomes angry and rants that there is nothing more to his life.

In this variation, Shredder plays off his role as a very shady character, as he spends almost all of his time within his own lair and instructing his underlings, instead of assisting in many of the Foot Clans' missions (as opposed to the 2003 Serie's incarnation of him, in which he plays a role in many more of the action sequences). This is slightly odd because he is always the one who wants the Turtles utterly destroyed - and he is virtually the best Martial Art skills of any individual in the clan as well.
{Obviously I was too lazy to write this out. ;-; I've never really roleplayed Shredder before, so... Ehh... -_- So, I do apologize for any OOC for him. I got this information off the TMNT wikia, not my writing.}
Looks/Picture: The Shredder is coated in durable armor from head to toe. His spikes are bigger and bulkier, though his body is much thinner. He still has his signature shoulder, arm, and leg gauntlets. However, his hand claws are now merged with his arm gauntlets. Unlike most incarnations, this version of the Shredder has a horrid injury on the right side of his face. In Splinter's flashbacks, Oroku Saki had black hair and a completely natural face, but after a violent encounter with Hamato Yoshi, his face was burnt, presumably when Yoshi's house caught fire. He now suffers from severe burns and has lost his hair and the sight of his right eye, which is now blood red with a blue iris and a white pupil.

History: Years ago, Oruko Saki, The Shredder's real name, was close companions with Hamato Yoshi, Master Splinter's real name. They both studied and practiced Ninjutsu at the same dojo for some years. It wasn't until one day both friends ended up falling in love with a woman named Tang Shen. This was the start of a bitter rivalry between the two men. Saki ended up confronting Yoshi about this and insulted him. This cause Yoshi to snap back and strike him down in reply. Their rivalry was now just a strong, bitter hatred for the other. Tang Shen soon decided to marry Hamato Yoshi and gave birth to their daughter, Miwa. With increasing jealousy and hatred for Yoshi, Saki ended up heading for his once friend's home and attack him, hoping to kill him. The fight only ended up in the lost of Shen's life and Saki severely wounded and burned. While Yoshi was in pain in the debris of his house, Saki eventually kidnapped Miwa and left Yoshi to his lonesome. Saki was left damaged severely from burn scars on his face and his right eye damaged. He decided to raise Miwa as his own and renamed her "Karai." He trained her in Ninjutsu and raised the army of the Foot Clan. The Shredder grew powerful and has a vendetta against Yoshi, now named Splinter, and his four adopted sons and vows to one day to destroy them. It seems to have consumed his life now. He speaks of it as if it's all he lives for.
Crush: One he loved a woman named Tang Shen, he no longer loves anymore. It is questionable if he even loves his "daughter," Karai.
