Isobella walked down the train cars trying to find an open one to sit in. She came across one with 2 girls in it "H um excuse me, could i sit in here?" she asked

Cat-
I looked up and sighed when i saw a girl approach. " Sure." I simply said to her, as i pull out my ipod i bought from a muggle and began to listen to muggle music.

Tori~
Tori mad her way on board the train and slowly made her way down the aisle, searching for an empty compartment. She preferred the empty ones the most as there were never any old friends catching up with what they all did over the holidays or first years chattering away excitedly about all of their expectations (a lot of them highly misconceived) of what Hogwarts was going to be like. Her parents, as expected of them, had been continuously encouraging her to insert herself into one of the pureblood inner circles and make some connections that could benefit her in the future, but honestly she just found all of the politics to be bothersome and uninteresting.
Finally spying an empty compartment at the end of the aisle, Tori nudged open the door and slipped in before it could be occupied by anyone else. She tried to lift her trunk up to the railing above the seats but it was a bit too much of a struggle for her to do it by herself so she settled for sliding it underneath instead. These things were not made for short people she thought, rolling her eyes and internally cursing her small stature. Tori pulled out a text book before rising up from her position of kneeling on the floor, and being careful not to bump her head on the underside of the seat as she stood she finally sat down with a sigh. I cannot wait for the feast tonight, though then again there are classes beginning a lot quicker then it seemed they would. Where did all the time go? On that thought, Tori began flicking through her potions textbook to get a vague idea of what the year was going to be like.

Zachariah 'Zac' Ledford || Ravenclaw

Zac stepped his awkward position in the backseat of the car, not really fitting properly. Now out of the car he leant back in, sliding his trunk and bird across the black leather seats and putting them on the curb beside him. Shutting the door he looked over to his parents, offering them a smile he leant down to accept his mothers hug goodbye and the same from his father, their height difference one of the many reasons giving away that he was adopted. Pulling away he gave his mother a kiss on the cheek goodbye, something of a tradition since he started at Hogwarts, and gave them both a grin before picking up his things and making his way to the platform, not bothering with a trolley as he only had two things. Looking around he passed through the wall, still not really trusting it. Smiling as he reached the magical platform he looked around, you would think after 5 years it would have lost its strangeness though it hadn't for him, after all he had been raised a muggle. Wasting no time he walked onto three train in search of a compartment.

Artemis walked through the train, Cosmos still in her arm, though was now sitting comfortably against her. Looking in each compartment for an empty one, though she would settle for one with someone she could tolerate. Spotting one a few infront of her she began walking towards it, though was beaten there by another girl, having been further away. She recognised the girl as a Tori, one of the keepers in the Slytherin quiditch team, shrugging she walked to the compartment, not being bothered to find an empty one, her chances being slim anyway. Knocking once she slid open the door, "do you mind?" she asked simply, leaning against the door frame.

Tori~
Tori placed her thumb inside her text book to keep track of her page and gently shut the cover. Glancing up at the doorway to the compartment to see who had spoken she spotted Artemis, the keeper on the Slytherin quidditch team and shrugged her shoulders. She didn't really know the other girl that well but she's sure her parents would approve of her interacting with anyone, so long as they weren't in Gryffindoor. "I don't see why not." She said, gesturing with her free hand towards the seat opposite her. "I'll warn you though, i'm not the best company." This is actually true, Tori can admit to herself that her thought to speech filter was a little off.
Tori pulled her legs up onto the seat to cross them underneath her and shifted her book to lie open in her lap, deciding that studying her teammate would be a more interesting past time. In hindsight, I really should have bought a bookmark she thought with one last glance at her book.

Artemis nodded thanks before walking in, lifting her trunk she slid it into to racks above the seat before dropping onto it so she was sitting opposite the other Slytherin. Letting go of Cosmos her cat walk out of her lap and curled up next to the window beside her. She gave a shrug at the Tori's comment, "neither" she told her as she made sure her trunk was secure in the rack. Artemis was aware that her usual bluntness and lack of need to say more than necessary made her unpleasant company for some, though she really could not care less. Sitting down she crossed her leg over the other before her eyes skimmed over the other girl, trying to pick out little things about her that could be given away. Artemis had a feeling that the fourth year's personality was somewhat similar to her own, to her it was something that could be either work out good or horribly, mutual respect for each other or a clash of personalities.

" Wow, sounds like alot of work." I laughed, looking out the window to see if i saw anybody boarding that i knew.
