Personality: Devon is a sort of vigilante - he helps the heroes clean up the city, although, at times, he could be seen as someone who uses his power for his own gain - which is usually him flying around on a hoverboard made of shadows, throwing mini, harmless Darkness Bombs everywhere, and generally having a fun time. He is a very calm, random, and laidback boy, although, when he becomes angry; which is uncommon...then you may want to watch out.
History: Devon had a rather crappy life from the get-go. He was born to a drunk father and his mother died during child birth. This forced him to fend for himself at a young age, as he ran away from his father as soon as that option became viable. Since then, he has been on his own, after stealing some guy's condo keys and keeping the bachelor pad for himself - and all the sick cars and motorcycles.
Likes: The Underworld, chaos, free-running, skate-boarding, flying, and fighting.
Dislikes: Being controlled, child abuse, 3rd degree burns, and obnoxious women.
Powers: Devon can create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. By itself, darkness is mostly used to cloud everything into total sharp, all-consuming, tendril-filled darkness, but by accessing a dimension of dark energy it can be channeled to a variety of effects, both as an absence of light and a solid substance: he can also control and manipulate the beings that exist there, create and dispel shields and areas of total darkness, create constructs and weapons, teleport one's self through massive distances via shadows, etc. Along with this, Devon has superhuman strength and speed on par with some of the more renown superheroes, although his strength is a lot less than that of the hulk.
