Katie walked up to where Ryoichi was sitting and gave a slight nod, like she had expected that kind of an answer from him. "Yeah, that's what I figured. I'm sure that you'll find something that you may have missed in one of your books or something. I miss all kinds of stuff when I read through my books at home," she said. Raising an eyebrow slightly at the fact that he seemed shocked, the brunette looked down at her body, looking at her cuts and bruises. "What, these? Oh, they're from the S-Class job request that I got home from last night, that's all. No big deal," she said, giving a dismissive wave of her hand and brushing it off as nothing.

"But you look like a dragon just went 'HI! WANT A HUG?'"He chuckled. Sitting back down. "Well anyways, what DID you end up fighting?" He asked.

[Well, I guess I had a dull memoment because that was very obvious. ouo

Katie shrugged and laughed quietly at his interpretation of what happened to her on the job request. "Hey, it wouldn't surprise me if that happened. It's happened years ago to me - well, kind of. Maybe not exactly like that," she said. Sitting down across from him, she grinned slightly. "I fought TONS of dark mages - most of them were S-Class. And then on the way back, I ran into some Vulcans," the brunette answered.

"Well then." Ryoichi responded. "Either way, how was it other than fighting?" He asked. "Well, I really need to stop asking questions.." He commented.

Katie laughed quietly and shook her head. "No, you don't need to stop asking questions. It's totally fine. Anyways, I ask questions like they're going out of style," she said, grinning. "Oh, and everything went fine. It was quite interesting, but I managed to overcome all of the obstacles that they threw at me," the brunette added on.

"Hm, that's good." He responded. Looking over to the bar table, he saw Everette making some drinks. Gesturing for her to follow, he walked up to the counter, he sat down. "Could I have some water?" He asked.
After Everette nodded, he handed him some water. Giving a nod, he took a sip. "Thanks."

Eli was at the bar." Ok Gao..get ready." Eli sais. Gao nodded and got ready.." two,boneless steaks with season salt and a pitch of blackberry juice. Bake beans, with out the pork..ekk. savored mash potatoes with sprinkled with fresh peppered garden leaves. And homemade honey butter rolls." He looked at Gao, who was drooling

Katie nodded in agreement with Ryoichi and watched for a moment as he stood up and began making his way over to the bar table. Placing her hands on the table, she pushed herself up into a standing position and followed him, sitting next to him at the counter. "Hey, Everette? Could I get a water as well?" she asked. Unlike a lot of her guild mates, she wasn't one to drink alcohol and all she really ever drank was water. She's only tried alcohol once and... well, let's just say that she got sick and had a horrible headache the next day and felt miserable. So she had vowed to never touch it again.
