Ashley looked at the titans in horror, her grey eyes widening. She witnessed Len being eaten, her eyes tearing up. Len.. She looked to the side while riding on her mare and saw a faint figure in the distance. She jumped up onto her feet on the saddle, not caring how dangerous this was. She drew two blades and saw it was a titan. She turned on her HQ gas and glided through the air quickly, anger in her grey eyes. When she was in a close enough range, she latched onto the titans leg, which was a dangerous place for her to start, but this was so it would be quicker to kill the titan. She'd make the titan fall, so it's legs were useless. The only concern would be not being grabbed by one of the hands. She glided forward, whirling around to face its ankles. She sliced one of them with her two blades, which made the titan fall. She then looked down at her gear, trying to latch onto the back of its neck. Her gear had busted randomly. Not now! I Don't want to die on the first mission! She crawled up onto the spine and ran along it. This was probably very risky, but it had to be done. She saw a hand reach out to her but she quickly turned her HQ gas on again, gliding forward. She sliced the back of the titans neck, steam flowing from it immedetaily. She whistled for her mare and jumped onto it's saddle, gallopping back into the formation.

He nodded slowly, "... Alright..." Pulling back from the hug, he still grabbed her forearms and looked into her eyes. "Grieving won't fill the gap. Just remember that." He states as he pulled his blue eyes away and he stood. Extending an arm, he left an open hand to help her up.

Arlette looked down at Blaine for a moment, before taking Armins hand and standing. She let out a sigh, standing straight, and walking back to where she left Gavin. Her eyes started stinging, great..was she crying? She desperately hoped not. She wiped her eyes just in case, biting her bottom lip.

Armin stood alone next to the body. Sighing, he turns away from the corpse. He decided talking to Eren and Mikasa would calm his nerve. Freezing in his tracks, he saw beads of blood from a splinter in Mikasa's hand in which Eren had her in a careful hug. Armin took a small gulp. Deciding not to intrude on their personal chat, he dragged himself under the tree Mikasa had been laying in.
Our patrols formation is broken... If any titans attack now.. We'll have more casualties that just one!

Mikasa closed her eyes just as arms wrapped them selves tightly in an embrace. Taking a deep breath, she shook her hair to push off the raven dark hair that hung over her face. Finally speaking, she chose her words carefully "Your right, Eren. This is not okay..." There was more to be said but she honestly forgot as she spoke. Maybe she was just tired. 'We have to finish this mission, though. Getting the salt means money for supplies which also means gear for them to kill titans and each kill ultimately led to a word without titans.' She thought to herself. It was encouraging as she was gonna get from herself.

- Gavin Sekey -
Gavin just watched from the sideline, shocked by what happened. Two dead, one day. Biting his inner cheek, he looked at Arlette hopelessly from this distance, somehow stuck in place as his muscles denied him of any movement.

Ashley.
Ashley's grey eyes piereced with anger. I'll make it to the ocean... i won't die on my first mission! I'll avenge the two that have died. She kicked her horses appendage, remaining in the some what formation. She locked her gaze ahead, looking down at her busted gear. She smacked it a bit, hoping it would work.

Arlette moved to stand in front of Gavin, she then just hugged him. She then, unwillingly, let the tears come. She hated crying, but that tightness in her chest wasn't going to leave unless she did. Her shoulders shaking with each soft sob. Her crying was muffled, she kept her face in his chest. She didn't dare look up at him..she didn't want him to see her face.
