The Doctor smiled and nodded. "Ok, well, be careful, because when I teleport myself out of here, the angels won't be watched when I leave, unless you watch them as you leave. Be careful, and stay out of trouble, if you need me, I'll be in a blue police box somewhere around here." he said, smiling. He then pulled his sonic screwdriver out, flipped it, then pointed it at the sky, where he was teleported right back to the TARDIS in a slight flash of light.

[fish sticks]

"Black Cat, take us home." Black Cat nodded and teleported them home.

[~pEANUTBUTTER~]

An angel appeared inside the house in the doorway

[yeet.]

Anne had watched Doctor leave but stayed in the TARDIS, she had spent some time as a Guard Dog so she had the flaw of guarding unattended places. She jumped and covered her eyes when there was a bright flash, then when her eyes adjusted and the light dimmed Anne saw the Doctor. Teleportation wasn't a surprise for Anne, but she rarely saw a flash with it. "Are you okay? What happened? What did your screwdriver detect? I'm guessing it's bad, right? Is that why you've got traces of fear?" Anne asked, the questions pouring out as she jogged over to the Doctor

The Doctor smiled nervously. "I'm fine, I detected some... old enemies of mine... that I thought I beaten..." he muttered weakly. He leaned against the console, rubbing his face. "How can they be here..." he muttered, remembering Amy and Rory.

[yeet.]

Anne tilted her head, "How can who be here?" She asked, "Would I be able to help you try to beat them?"

"The weeping angels." he said, sitting up. "The thing about them is, they're statues. Stone-cold killers." he said, smiling. "And you can't kill stone. And stone can't kill you. But then turn away, then you blink. Then, oh yes, it can." he said.

(Is it creepy that I watched Blink last night?)
Anne took the name the wrong way, "Why would angels be crying? I thought they weren't allowed to show emotion?" She asked, tilting her head, "And why are they stone?"

(No, I was watching it at 1:00 in the morning two nights ago with a friend xD we were scared out of our wits after that...)


"They're statues, at least, that what they appear to be when you're looking at them." he explained. "They aren't real angels, they're aliens, like me. But bad. The touch of one will send you back in time, while they feed off your time energy left here by displacing you in another time." he said. "That's what happened to two friends of mine..." he sighed quietly. "They're fast, so fast. When you're looking at one, though, they can't move. Quantum-locked. When you blink, they move. Never look one directly in the eyes, the eyes are the doors to the soul. Looking one in the eyes opens the door for them to get into you." he said quietly. "Then, you have an angel inside of you, and they can slowly turn you into one." he added.

Anne listened curiously to Doctor when he explained, then she thought for a moment. "What if they look at each other, then they'd be stone forever? Or doesn't that count?" Anne asked.
