Raquel's mouth popped open in awe at the sight of the field before them, and she slowly stopped the bike, sliding off of it and slipping her helmet off, absently hooking it on a handlebar. Her blue eyes were wide as she took in the ethereal world around them, and then finally rested on Tamesis and his smile, the one that made her heart and stomach do flips. She swallowed and returned her attention to the scenery, then closed her eyes and tilted her head back, breathing in deeply, her fingertips exposed in the cool, clean, delicious air.
Damon focused on the food in front of him in order to keep himself from staring at Alexis, and he was finished in record time. He looked up at her and smiled, then stood, scooping up the plate and her own before taking them to the sink. "Good...I was a little rusty as far as cooking goes, so I wasn't sure if it'd be good or not." He shrugged nonchalantly, then chuckled before turning the water on, washing the dishes. "When were you planning on leaving today? I won't take much longer than getting dressed to get ready."
