Maleficent Role Play

Diaval/Current Form: Raven
Diaval landed in front of her. Now how was he going to do this? Get her to chase him? His mind raced for ideas as he looked up at Aurora. He crowed and jumped a few feet away, trying to get her to follow.

Maleficent

She watched with interest for a minute, and then she walked away, making sure to set fire to one of the soldier's catapults. "Who dropped a torch on the oil?!" She heard one soldier yell, and she had to suppress a chuckle.

Aurora

Aurora lifted an elegant brow at the black bird as it hopped away from her. She yearned to touch his slick black wings so she smile and moved towards him. "Don't be afraid little bird. I won't hurt you." It seemed with every step she made towards the crow, it hopped away from her. She didn't let it get to her, she continued forwards, her hand outstretched towards him.

Diaval stopped and looked at Aurora. They should be far enough away from Maleficent now for him to stop. And so he did. He stayed where he was as the blonde teenager came towards him. Aurora didn't scare him. He knew she would not hurt him.

Aurora glanced both ways before she got to her knees before the crow. She didn't want to make any sudden movements, but it seemed he was quite an intelligent bird. "Pretty bird." She smiled and she reached her fingers towards him. She stroked his black feathers with two finger gently. It was like a black, silken waterfall under her hand.

Diaval made a sound. If he would have been in human form it would have been a moan. It felt good. He leaned unwillingly into her touch with pleasure.

Aurora's smile broadened at the crow's reaction. "Such a nice bird. What are you doing out here? Perhaps you have a nest nearby? Or a mate?" She gave the bird a playful wink and laughed to herself. She realized the crow had no idea what she was saying, but she liked to believe he could. She rubbed under his head.

Diaval felt himself go red under his feathers. He thanked God that he was a crow so she could not tell. Still, he leaned into the touch. He could not respond seeing as he was, of course, a raven at the moment and she would not be able to understand him if he did.

Aurora laughed giddly as she stood up and pulled her hand away from the crow. She glanced up at the direction of the thorn wall. "I wish I had wings... then I would be able to fly over the thorns." She frown as she tilted her head. "Maybe I can still find a way. There has to be a hole somewhere." She glanced at the crow. "What do you think pretty bird?"

Diaval made a motion. He was shaking his head. 'This girl is a danger magnet if there ever was one!' He thought. Buy his soft spot for her kept him from getting ill tempered or irritated much.
