Personality: Aurora is a strong-willed young girl who has been sheltered her whole life. She is a very curious girl who has a hard time keeping out of trouble. She is brave and well liked by the people around her. She was blessed with beauty and happiness in abundance.
History: Everyone knows the story of Sleeping Beauty. A baby born into the royal family of King Stefan, she was the innocent bystander in the horrid grudge between Maleficent and her father. She was cursed at birth to prick her finger and fall into eternal slumber until she receives true love's kiss. She remains unaware of her royalty or even her curse. She lives in a cottage in the woods with her three aunts. She loves exploring, but that is where all her trouble will come.

Strengths: She is a forgiving, kind hearted girl. Her nature is pure and innocent.

Maleficent

After retrieving her staff from the tree, she continued walking. "I know this story well, Diaval. It's never ending. The soldiers will try and convince Stefan that it's a lost cause and that it's impossible to get through. They're right, of course, but Stefan will order them to keep trying." She said, coming to a stop at their meeting place. "He's more desperate nowadays, but he's just making his situation worse."

Diaval landed on a rock and stared up at her. He scratched the ground with his foot, signaling to turn him human. He needed to tell her something. You could tell by the way he stated up at her.

Aurora

Aurora's aunts piddle around the kitchen, arguing about some nonsense again. Slipping out was easy, as always. The sun shined through the thick trees as she quietly entered the thick of the forest. Aurora's blonde hair was in loose curls down her back and she wore a simple blue dress underneath her brown cloak. The forest smelled like fresh dew and little drops still clung to the grass and flower petals. A soft smile played on her lips as she began humming quietly. Her fingers reached for the wet leaves of a nearby tree and a squirrel popped his head up. "Oh, hello there." she smiled, but the squirrel wasn't charmed. He scurried away quickly, a nut in his mouth.

She acknowledged Diaval's actions, waving her hand and turning him back into his human form. She rested both hands on her staff, waiting for him to speak.

Diaval have her a nod. "Thanks." He said. "Now, as I needed to say; don't we need to make sure those fairies have not killed Aurora?" He asked. He secretly had a spot spot for her.

Maleficent

She thought it over, eventually nodding after a minute. "Fair point." She looked away in the direction of the cottage, outside of the moors. The little house was hidden by the trees, but she knew the general direction. "Let's go, then." And with that, she head off. After all, what's the purpose for the curse if the child's just going to die?

Aurora

Aurora tipped her head up to the sky and soaked up the sun rays. She laughed to herself as she ventured deeper into the woods. That is when her eyes locked onto the wall of thorns that stretched far and long. How she longed to go beyond the thick barrier. What lied beyond the harsh environment? She dreamed of large meadows and beautiful flowers. She stretched her arms towards the thorns thinking quietly to herself. Maybe I could... just climb over them.

Diaval followed after Maleficent. His eyes scanned the forest for Aurora. Where was that girl now? She could be anywhere. Diaval actually hoped she was okay. Unlike Maleficent, he had no problems with Aurora.
