Image/description: i woulnt want to steal anyones art so i will just describe her. Has long, blazing red hair with sapphire blue eyes that twinkle in the sun. Has a fairly skinny build. Is normally seen in the Academy Uniform, the short plaid skirt with the dress coat and top. When she is alone though she is seen wearing tight leggings with a gray hoodie and flats.
Personality: Winona is quite bubbly and exciting, likes to make people smile. She may come off as annoying at first but when you really get to know her she is really loving and kind. She can be quite a devilish flirt as well.
