OMG I'M SO SORRY FOR THE LATENESS! DX Anyways, I hope what I'm about to write isn't against the rules...
_________
"So," England asked, brushing Minty away, "What's your problem?"
"Umm... Well..." Lithuania mumbled, flushing slightly.
"C'mon," Arthur said, hoping he could get this whole thing over with so he could get some sleep. "It's not like I can't do anything."
"Y-You see, Russia got sent to jail, and Canada's been carted away in a stretcher, and everyone else has left the hospital, and people are starting to realize that we're nations, and I think they're gonna do horrible things to Russia!"
Lithuania, having not been very talkative before, had to take multiple breaths at the end of his small rant, out of air.
England just stared.
"W-well then. I guess that's a problem. But, how do we know who's in jail, who's in the hospital, and the address of these places?"
"I don't really know," Toris panted. "I just know we have to save them!" His eyes started to fill with tears again, making Arthur try to mutter things such as, "Ah! Umm, I know we'll save him, don't worry! I just need an idea!"
I seriously have no bloody idea what to do... He thought, feeling slightly stupid for it.
"You guys need some help?"
Both Arthur and Toris turned around, surprised at the voice. Its owner was a teen-aged girl with brunette, shoulder-length (in the front) hair that was longer in the back. It cascaded down the sides of her face in delicate, curled ringlets, and her hazel-brown eyes shone with glee.
Arthur, once again, just stared. He seemed to be doing that alot today. "Umm... May I ask who the bloody hell you are?"
Liet nodded, seconding the question.
"That doesn't matter," the stranger replyed, voice taking on a slight tone that suggested she knew "things", so to speak. "What does matter is that you get Russia out of jail."
"W-wait!" Toris asked, seriously shocked. "H-how did you know that we wanted to save him?!"
"Like I said," she responded, visibly annoyed, "That doesn't matter! Either way, if it helps you any, Canada's been released from the hospital and is waiting outside for you."
Arthur was about to butt in, but the petite young lady continued to speak, cutting him off. "Now, I'm not sure if you knew this already, but New Zealand's been put in jail too, and is Russia's cell-mate. He's in even more trouble now because he shot a cop. The cops were going to try to experiment on him, because they realized that he's..." She paused, searching for a good word, "Special."
"Oh no!" Toris cried, "It's too late! We're screwed!"
"No, it's NOT! They just took away his hidden gun and left him be," she explained. "Now, if I were you guys, I'd start by getting Canada. He may be able to help. As for you--" --she turned to England--"--I say that you should use some of your magic to get them out of the jail. I'm not sure how, but somehow, you'll be able to."
"That's actually a pretty bright idea," England said, nodding. "But still, how will we--"
"Look, I'm just here to give you guys an idea to start with, nothing else. I seriously don't know what you guys should do next. You don't have to listen to me if you don't want to," the brunette sighed. "Still, I'm glad you liked my idea."
"T-thanks," Toris said, smiling slightly. "We wouldn't have been able to think of anything if you hadn't come. But still, who are you?"
The brunette blushed slightly. "I'm... I'm... I'm a... Um... FAIRY!"
"No, you're not," Arthur responded, jabbing a finger her way. "I can see fairies, and you, young lady, most certainly are not a fairy."
She looked uncomfortable, and appeared as if she were going to sprint out the door, but kept her ground. "Okay, I'm not a fairy. Look, I can't really tell you guys much, but let's just say that I'm not from this dimension."
"Not from this WHAT?" Toris asked, astounded.
"Dimension. Not that that matters." She flashed them a grin.
England soon managed to collect his resolve together to speak. "Well then, t-thanks for the help, um..."
"You can just call me Lucky," she replied playfully.
"L-Lucky?" Liet asked, confused at her name. It was a fairly odd name, he had to admit.
"Yup." she nodded. "It's not my real name," she whispered to both of them.
"Ah. That makes more sense now." Liet reasoned.
"Umm..." She blushed slightly.
"What is it?" Arthur asked, surprised by her change in behavior.
"Um.... Do you mind if I... Um... hug you guys?"
"Not really," Toris said, smiling. He liked hugs. Arthur gazed at her, then nodded reluctantly, blushing. "F-Fine then. I don't mind."
"Yipee!~" She glomped Toris, and wouldn't let go. Toris smiled. After maybe a minute or so, England was starting to get annoyed, but still, he had to admit that it was kind of sweet.
She moved on to him, and practically whispered, "Iggy, you guys can do it. I'm sure of it." Arthur grinned, alarmed by the warm feeling he was getting in the pit of his stomach, and the tears starting to form at the edge of his peridot eyes. He soon realized that it was because the last time someone had hugged him was before the American Revolution, when America was still a little colony.
This girl... Lucky, was it?-- Reminded him slightly of Alfred.
He didn't want to break the hug, but felt some vibrating from around her arm. She reluctantly pulled away, snatching a cell phone from her purse.
"Aww, dang.... Hello?" Lucky answered. She cringed a second later at the loud yelling from the other side. Toris could hear some.
"...WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO INTERACT WITH THEM! YOU GOTTA GET BACK TO OUR WORLD ASAP!"
"ARE YOU WITH DOITSU? PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE WITH DOITSU!"
"No, Wing, I'm sadly not, and FINE, FINE!" she yelled into the phone, "I'm COMING, sheesh!" She threw the phone back into her purse and sighed.
"Dang Kat and Wing... Ah well." Lucky smiled sadly. "Good luck, you guys!" She waved them goodbye as she skipped away, curls bouncing.
