Peridot nodded in understanding. "This planet is so strange. I guess I'm starting to see why the gems like this place."
amythest eyes widened. "Seriously? That's awesome!"

"All the life on the planet would have been gone by now if the kindergarten was still running. They've all evolved over the time we've been here. Especially viruses. They aren't even alive, but they change in seconds, they trick cells of life to take their dna and make more viruses.

Peridot shook her head in amazement. "Incredible... simply amazing..... it's funny if i had never been trapped here i wouldn't be learning any of this now."

Spinel nodded. And drew a spider and a bee. "Spiders, with eight legs are arachnids. And bees with 3 on each side are insects. There are a lot more groups though, with centipedes and stuff." Spinel then sat and looked up at the dark sky. At the stars. "We still know more about space, of corse, but their laws of life are different from ours. Everything on the planet has a life span, must eat or make food for energy, and they all seem rather powerless. They have no defenses that would work against gem creatures."

Peridot jot this down and then nodded, hat explained why the planet was valuable, it would be so easy to overrun the population with gems. "This was very educational," she commented. "Is there anything else to learn about for the day?"

Onyx nodded and headed back to the temple hoping that Garnet was still there.

Aquamarine casually walked by peridot and spinel and waved. She got to the door and went inside. There was more ice, she splintered it and used hovered it close to her gem until it became another wing. "Let's go get Garnet."
Spinel waved back. "Well, other thank shattered pieces of the force field are still at the kindergarten, than no."

garnet walked out of pearl's room and to the kitchen, leaning against the counter as she struggled to think of a new and important purpose for the gem (pearl).
