Sapphira watched the temple from a rock jutting out of the ocean.Ever since first gem war for Earth she had been wanting to join the crystal gems.They were the only gems who had accepted an artificial gem with open arms.But something always held her back.But could they accept an artificial gem that had been created from a piece of another gem?Back before the technology used in the kindergarten existed they were trying out a highly experimental way of producing artificial gems.They would tame powerful gems that disliked conflict and put them to use.If they wouldn't fight then they would be put to use in other ways.They would capture them and seal them into common objects so that they couldn't resist and would the purposefully crack their gem, removing a shard and then ruse the shard with a gemstone from Earth.Sapphira was the only successful experiment, created from a shard taken from Lapis Lazuli and a sapphire. When the technology used in the kindergarten was created the project was scrapped and all evidence of its existence destroyed.

Citrine wandered around the beach, his home teeming with plants and other things. He looked at the ocean water calmly before looking upwards, wondering where he was from. He remembered being told about a homeworld, and that's where most gems came from but he only remembered waking up on Earth. He sighed and stood up before looking at the temple, it was clearly there a while, so how much didn't he remember, the fact that the other gems didn't know him when they saw him bothered him a bit but that was long ago.

amythest had run off to do stuff at the beach when she saw citrine, she felt like she might remember him but wasn't sure, probably since she had shared a pizza with him once or something, she shrugged to herself and gave a small wave.

Citrone waved back and smiled. "Hey, how's it been?" He said as he walked over. "It's been a while, what have you been up to since we've been apart?" He laughed quietly to himself, aparrently finding it amusing. "Well, knowing you, what haven't you done?"
