Jade looked at the other hunter for a moment before at Jasper, "He's mine." she said as she aimed at Jasper also.

Hecate sighed as she walked with him silently, looking at the ground, her happiness vanished as quickly as it had come.

Jasper stepped back and stared at Jade with wide green eyes, he saw the other hunter grin and lower his gun slightly.

"What's wrong, Hecate?" He asked, his eyes studied her.

Jade watched him coldly, she fired, missing purposely, wanting him to run.

"Why did you want to kill them?" Hecate asked as she looked at him.

Jasper seemed scared by the bullet. He was glad it missed then he turned, frightened, and took off.

"It was instinct, but now I'm trying to make that instinct go away.'' Gabriel replied. "I don't want to do that anymore,"

Jade sighed as she watched as he left, she looked at the other hunter.

Hecate nodded as she walked with him silently, she flinched when she heard a gunshot, she looked around.

"It got away, we should chase it down. If we do we'd have him in no time."

Gabriel looked towards the shots, hoping it wasn't that vampiress and her child. He headed swiftly in the direction of the shots and pulled out his gun.
"Come, I have to see what that was."

"Just leave it." Jade sighed as she looked at him.

Hecate followed him swiftly, she smelt the vampire blood and tensed. She glanced at Gabriel, worried. She saw the hunter standing over the little vampire child, who was curled up by her dead mother, crying.

The hunter sighed."Ok, but I could of nailed him,"

Gabriel's heart sank at the sight. He approached, wanting to protect that child."Get away from the child," he said sharply.

"I know, I know." Jade said as she began walking down the alley way. She was looking for other vampires, hoping Jasper would have taken off.

The hunter looked up, "Why? So it can become a killer like the other vampire?" he asked as he kicked the child.
