Jasper came up onto the roof again, he looked down and tried to stay out of sight. The hunter was gaining conciousness now, and Jasper was getting more hungry by the minute. But he stayed back.
After a while, the hunter opened his eyes again.

Gabriel smiled back, he tested her trust by kissing her cheek again, hoping she would at least smile at him.

Jade looked at the hunter, "How are you feeling?" she asked him as she kneeled by him, looking at his neck.

Hecate smiled lightly at him, she nuzzled his cheek and purred lightly.

The hunter groaned, "What happened?" he asked, not remembering the shot because he had hit his head when he went down.

Gabriel smiled happily. Glad she no longer was tense. He hugged her gently and cuddled her.

"You got shot." Jade replied as she looked at him, "How are you feeling?" she asked him, glancing at the bandage on his neck.

Hecate snuggled close to him, purring lightly, she was slightly drunk on the blood.

"Like I was shot," He huffed. The bandage was stained red. He sat up, looking around when he picked up his gun. "Last thing I remember is chasing that blood sucker. Did you see which way the beast went?"

"You seem awfully happy, Hecate," Gabriel said.

"No I didn't, now don't move." Jade said as she went to change the bandage again, and to check that the bleeding had slowed.

Hecate stopped purring and looked at him, "Is that bad?" she asked, unsure.

He held still, letting her tend to him. It wasn't bleeding as bad. It was a good sign.

"No. Not at all, I like it," Gabriel said, smiling at her kindly.

Jade sighed as she re-wrapped the bullet wound, "Think your going to be okay?" she asked.

Hecate smiled at him as she purred again and hugged him tightly.

"Yes, Thank you." He said, "Now I should be off, I have vermin to hunt,"

Gabriel sat down and pulled her into his lap, cuddling her and smiling happily.

Jade sighed, "I should come with you, you lost a bit of blood." she told him with a sighed.

Hecate purred as she nuzzled his chin, she kissed his jaw lightly.
