I pressed a finger to my temple, "Long story short about her, She was protecting a young alien girl when she took a hard knock to the head. It didn't kill her but it gave her amnesia. I had to make up the story of siblings. My sister ran off 'to see the stars on her own for once.". Not sure where she is now...". I sighed, "It's been so long I don't even remember much before she sent me back." I shrugged, "So I don't know but probably...".

(Ah, confused myself too xD um let's try and simplify it, Cleo lost her memories protecting a young alien kid, so that's why she doesn't remember anything before (for him to know that she's going to get her memories back ), he doesn't remember too much because he'd been on earth with her pretending to be her brother for about a hundred years, he doesn't really know if the doctor is his dad but he probably is. He can't really remember much before he was sent back anymore.

I shook my head, "Look I don't know which regeneration Is my dad, okay? I really don't... I don't remember, so don't ask me..." I whispered. "The fact that I'm still here must mean she's making the same decisions...".
