Jade shot the troll a funny face, sticking out her tongue mishcheviously, "It's not as if I haven't had one before, it's no big deal; if it wasn't for me, you probably wouldn't even be late." Truthfully having a detention with Karkat seemed a lot better than having one on her own, but the dark haired girl felt she had to take responsibility for making her friend so late.

Karkat rolled his eyes, "If it wasn't for you, I'd probably be on a different planet right now." He said, gesturing to the sky to emphasize his point on how lost he was before Jade had found him.

Jade let out a small giggle as they got the school's front door, "I'm sure you wouldn't be that far away," She rolled her eyes, "but then again, if you were that would probably be better than being here." She laughed again quietly, opening the door, "After you."

I swallowed the last bits of my sandwich and I had already jugged my water, which pulling my lightened bag over my head and onto my shoulder so It crossed over my chest to my waist. Standing up, I picked up my remaining trash of my lunch and waddled over to the trash bin (which I was over a few centimeters taller than) and dropped my Ziploc bag inside, along with the empty water bottle. Turning on my heel, I walked quietly through the cafeteria towards the door outside, which allowed me to move out into fresh air. Being cramped up inside was getting to cause my small head to go light headed from so many people and so much Co2 in the air...
